She is one of the very best and the main reason we (my daughter and I) chose to keep coming. After Kelley left, I left not long after. I left in January due to many office conflicts of "entitlement" expressed by employees related to the owner, and I was at my wit's end. These visits are designed to reduce stress and pain, not add to it. My appointments were ALWAYS perfect when Kelley was there. After she was gone, it was one mess after another, so after a 1 hour and 45-minute conversation with my insurance, I opted to stop coming. Today, I returned with pleasure because things were as close to perfect as they could be. I love the welcomeness, the friendly attitude, and the overall relaxing feel of the office. Trina, again - AMAZING part of the office. She and I enjoyed a brief chat and I have another contact if things go awry. Wonderful and professional attitude with a smile. Dr. Allen - my hip helper (metal body parts due to MVA) ... absolute pleasure, and after all this time, as soon as he saw me, he mentioned RED Fridays (Remember Everyone Deployed until they all come home) and remembered my chiropractic needs. I love that he remembered my USMC son and my farm. This is personal and professional care. I am happy to be back. next appointments include massage services. I will review it again after that. All I can say is my daughter, who works as a first responder, swears by the massage services.

She did a very quick glance and diagnosed him "undoubtedly" with scabbies. I asked her to explain. She pointed to lines between blisters and called them tunnels. To make matters worse she walked me out -- mind you a total of 5 minutes with us -- and asked me if I had had him "tested." I asked "for what?" She said ADHD and autism. WTF? Are you kidding me? How completely ignorant and unprofessional. You saw a 5 year old child for five minutes for an allergic reaction and you claim he has ADHD and autism because he was fidgety and uncomfortable? She should be reported to the medical Board. To make matters worse they said they were calling in a prescription to Walgreens across the street. I drove immediately there and the pharmacy was closed. So now I have no way to get the medication. I called their office at it was 7:00 on the dot. Someone answered the phone and realized it was after hours and hung it up quickly. I ended up in the ER with him because I had no other choice. Three medical professionals saw him and all three said it was not scabbies. It was an allergic reaction to ant bites from two weeks prior. Just to be safe they gave me the premetherin and I administered it that night. It's a one time treatment and done. Nope, did nothing, so confirmed it was not scabbies. This place should not be serving the public if they can't conduct themselves professionally.

The office has ignored multiple requests from both my son and Express Scripts pharmacy. The receptionist, Sharon has been very rude and unhelpful with getting messages to the medical staff. Enough is enough. My son has made an appointment with a new gastroenterologist in another practice.
