She did a very quick glance and diagnosed him "undoubtedly" with scabbies. I asked her to explain. She pointed to lines between blisters and called them tunnels. To make matters worse she walked me out -- mind you a total of 5 minutes with us -- and asked me if I had had him "tested." I asked "for what?" She said ADHD and autism. WTF? Are you kidding me? How completely ignorant and unprofessional. You saw a 5 year old child for five minutes for an allergic reaction and you claim he has ADHD and autism because he was fidgety and uncomfortable? She should be reported to the medical Board. To make matters worse they said they were calling in a prescription to Walgreens across the street. I drove immediately there and the pharmacy was closed. So now I have no way to get the medication. I called their office at it was 7:00 on the dot. Someone answered the phone and realized it was after hours and hung it up quickly. I ended up in the ER with him because I had no other choice. Three medical professionals saw him and all three said it was not scabbies. It was an allergic reaction to ant bites from two weeks prior. Just to be safe they gave me the premetherin and I administered it that night. It's a one time treatment and done. Nope, did nothing, so confirmed it was not scabbies. This place should not be serving the public if they can't conduct themselves professionally.

The case managers are incapable of completing the…read morenecessary tasks to admit a patient to in patient rehab even with the fact that I got all the information needed myself to get the appropriate care for a stroke victim. Information was never received at the requested facility in a timely manner and they did not bother to check if it was received nor the status. I contacted the supervisor for in patient rehab myself and was informed it was never received. After one week, our family member was discharged home without the appropriate in patient rehab physical, occupational and speech therapy needed to recover even though he had multiple strokes on the left and right side of the brain. He was discharged and not taken out by any staff or assistance. His friend had to walk back to ICU, get him and walk him out without a second thought from the staff. They merely wiped his name from the board, placed another name and was never given another thought. I got better care and compassion from my veterinarian for my dogs. They even walked me and my pet out to our car after a procedure. This facility didn't take the time to be bothered to help him leave. EVERY hospital I have ever been to always takes their patient by wheelchair to the exit at patient pick up and placed in the vehicle, no matter how minor the procedure may have been. Not here. No bath was given to him, only moist wipes for two weeks, even though I offered to do it myself. A nurse stated a the day before discharge basin bath could be done and of course there was no follow through and not provided. How would you like to go two weeks with no bath? I have never witnessed such a level of substandard care and would home more intense inspection of their operational standards.

The root canal was done when the dentist started drilling on me I had to yell out stop because the nerve in the tooth was very much alive she never did any test on the two to see if I actually needed a root canal or not I'm sure it's just to make more money thing. At that point they had to give me two more shots of anesthesia to numb the tooth because the root was very much alive. After that I was given the wrong prescription. She was supposed to give me a prescription for steroids and instead gave me the wrong prescription for a very strong antibiotic for a severe infection I noticed it wasn't right . I went back into the office they said oh we're sorry we'll call in the right one they never called in the right prescription. So I never received it. Then the crown I had was nothing as if like a tooth shape on the back it was very misshapen very small and a globe type shape that I had to go back to the dentist office and have filed down and now the back of the tooth is a quarter of the size as it should be. the nightmare gets worse. They made me an occlusal guard and the dentist is the only person that can conduct that appointment and she left the office that day and had me come in and one of her dental assistants put it on my teeth I yelled out stop it's way too tight it did not fit at all and it broke the crown on my left side which was a different crown than what they did at the dentist office in chip the bonding off the back of my two front teeth that I had done last April. Absolutely unacceptable the dentist is the only one trained to be able to deliver the occlusal guard and conduct the​ appointment. The dentist after that canceled my next appointment that was supposed to be with the actual dentist which it should have been in the first place and told me just to go ahead and go somewhere else not taking any accountability that I'm going to have to spend thousands on a crown that was broken by this dentist office. They are not seeing me or they are not taking responsibility or accountability for all the negligence that happened
