I was under the mistaken impression that the prepaid plan was an all in price, but just know that on the back end there is a $497 charge for the optional replacement alignment retainers. That charge seemed reasonable, but it would have been helpful to know up front back in 2024 when I was comparing his 3,500 program with other places 4k to 6k. Some caveats: regardless of what you hear about insurance from the sales pitch, I got a $258 refund from insurance for x-rays, but there may be no such thing as orthodontic coverage after age 18. I'd love to be proven wrong! During my tray wearing, I had a few months of poor hygienic habits and that caused me to get a breakout of cavities. Dr. Wollock was very supportive and helped me as I got my self care treatment back on track. Just follow his instructions, and also pay particular attention tondaily hygiene habits, and you should be fine. One of the distinct benefits of this office is how accelerated the treatment is. I got finished in 12 months, vs. 18-24 months many other invisalign providers are advertising. Nice! I reckon I saved $1350 (net) although your mileage may vary.

I have been a patient at Dillon Family Dentistry for MANY years (as in multiple decades)~as a child, Dr Dillon Sr was my dentist and then his son took over the practice and became my dentist. The second I sat in her chair, she tried to convince me that I needed all sorts of things~invisiline, a night guard and to redo any old fillings that I have and to replace a root canal crown. I did not trust her as I felt like I was talking to a salesperson and not a dentist. This experience made me return once again to Dr Dillon for a second opinion (in which he informed me that I needed none of the above!!!) and I have been a regular patient again ever since. The staff tried to sell me expensive cosmetic procedures while I had severe pain following a failed crown, instead of expressing any empathy regarding what I was actually experiencing. The dentist managing the procedure advised me to take something like Xanax before any future dental procedures, because I was an "anxious" patient. Having excruciating pain can make you anxious. I have a hunch they save the courteous and professional act for their wealthier patients.
