I initially chose this doctor because of all the high ratings on google. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I have never came on yelp to complain, this is my first time. Integrity is important when making a decision about a medical practice, therefore I felt they deserved an honest review. This practice does not care about people, they are money hungry. Please proceed with caution. I was pressured to get Invisalign by staff after my "free" cleaning and consultation. Something did not sit right with me, the entire consultation was confusing. If I asked questions, Dr. got irritated. I was told I was expected to wear liners while eating. This is NOT recommended by Invisalign for many reasons, please check their website for more information regarding why liners must be taken out when eating. Immediately after I got home and the office closed I had buyers remorse. Something just seemed very off and I wanted to cancel. I had 24 hours to do so, I called first thing the next morning. Staff was EXTREMELY rude, talked down to me, bad attitudes, hung up one me, would not tell me when someone would call me back to handle the cancellation process (keep in mind I had 24 hours), they even BLOCKED me! I had to blow up their phone to get someone to actually call me back. That person was Becky, who was....unprofessional to say the least. She told me I had 2 options...I could pay for my "free" cleaning and X-rays out of my own pocket NOW and only then would they call the financing company to cancel the loan. Option 2, I do nothing and default on my loan. I have no problem paying for services provided, however their brochure says "we LOVE insurance!" (Also promote free examinations and cleanings for insured patients, but was not even worth the argument). I asked why they couldn't simply bill my insurance company per normal process vs. making me pay out of pocket only to resubmit that claim to my insurance company for reimbursement (which they had no problem doing before I signed those Invisalign papers). I was told no, they do things differently, I must pay NOW or they refuse to cancel anything. They falsely promised to email me an immediate copy of the bill to submit to insurance for reimbursement, along with an official contract cancellation in writing from the financing company. I called and asked them to send (as promised). Was told they'd send when they feel like it. I had no reason to trust these ppl at this point. I had to call so many times because they kept hanging up on me and then they BLOCKED me!!! I called back on another phone and let them know I was coming in for the requested paperwork, not playing games anymore, let's just be done with this. I was told, "fine but it would be at my (Becky's) discretion". LOL. I wish I could make this up, truly. What a nightmare. They ended up sending over my bill at 5:00 PM and sent a claim to my insurance so they can reimburse me, along with a nice passive aggressive note. (because they cannot just be professional for whatever reason!) FYI- Please do not fall for the false advertising of this business like I did. They ask people to write 5 star reviews for free bleach (even suggesting I change my username every month to continue getting free product). This is a direct violation of yelps user policy, AND illegal under the FTC. Please look at the way he responds to patients who leave negative reviews and decide for yourself! My first red flag was that the day before my scheduled appointment for a new patient visit, the office called me not once, but twice, to reschedule my appointment, asking if I could come earlier and earlier. Why can't you stick to the time we scheduled? My second red flag was arriving to a tiny, overcrowded waiting room, with no plan in place for keeping patients six feet apart and socially distanced amid the COVID-19 pandemic. There were four patients including myself in a crowded waiting room the size of a small closet. My third red flag was the number of advertisements inside the office for Invasalign. I came for a routine cleaning and examination, but when Dr. Wollock came in following my cleaning/exam to introduce himself, it was clear he had no interest in me as a patient when he realized I didn't have a need for Invasalign. He spent a maximum of 60 seconds in the room, barely asking any questions about my dental history, my concerns, or my desires for dental care in the future. He saw from the X-Rays that I had no cavities, so his work was done. I wasn't there to bring him any significant money, so it was out with me and on to the next patient. I've never experienced this as a new dental patient. I've always been given at least 5 minutes of the doctor's time. And finally, here's the real kicker. I purchased two tubes of the Flouridex prescription sensitivity toothpaste, as I was excited to see they offered it. When I got home, I realized both tubes had an expiration date of July 2020. My appointment was July 14. Why on earth are you selling me toothpaste that expires that month? When I emailed the office politely explaining this, they sent me a page they found from a Google search about over the counter Colgate toothpaste. First of all, this product isn't manufactured by Colgate. And secondly, this is prescription toothpaste. Of course the expired toothpaste won't do any harm. But I specifically purchased prescription toothpaste for the active ingredients it has. And if it's expired, those ingredients simply won't be as effective. I went back and forth over several emails with the office, asking for either a replacement or a refund. They said they only have the whitening toothpaste now. What good is that? I'm looking for sensitivity toothpaste. No response to me asking for a refund. So, I filed fraud charges with my bank. The first red flag should have been enough, but with all these positive reviews, I decided to give this place a try. Well never again. read more

Avoid at All Costs - Disrespectful, Disorganized, and Ethically Questionable If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this dental office was not only unprofessional--it was personally upsetting and ethically disturbing. I scheduled an appointment due to a dental emergency, expecting a standard level of care and communication. What I encountered instead was a complete breakdown in professionalism from the start. First, the front office was disorganized and outright rude when I asked basic questions about treatment costs. I was spoken down to, given conflicting information, and treated like I was a burden for trying to understand what I was being charged for. Transparency was non-existent. Charges for routine procedures were massively inflated--double-check the billing codes because what I saw bordered on fraudulent. Worse still, when I showed up for my first scheduled appointment--one I had taken time off work for--I was met with accusatory and inappropriate behavior from the staff. I was shocked to be on the receiving end of unfounded insinuations related to my race and financial status. It was humiliating and entirely uncalled for. Instead of receiving care, I left feeling insulted and targeted. This practice has no grasp on how to handle patients respectfully or transparently. Their priorities seem more aligned with profit-maximization than with patient well-being. The aggressive billing practices and complete lack of accountability are red flags. Based on my experience, I would question the ethics of any clinical work done here and strongly encourage others to seek dental care elsewhere. Document everything if you've already had the misfortune of interacting with them--especially billing and correspondence. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I received today. As a new patient, my initial experience was outstanding, and I was eager to find a new dentist who could address the pain I've been experiencing in one of my molars. I specifically chose this practice based on a referral and its convenient evening hours. However, for my second appointment scheduled for 7:30 PM tonight, I missed a call at 10:25 AM and received a text notifying me that my appointment had been canceled. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, my issue lies in the follow-up. When I spoke with Becky, her response to my disappointment was both rude and insensitive. I explained that the cancellation was a significant inconvenience given my ongoing pain, which I had mentioned previously. Her response was dismissive, simply stating, "You have a cavity." It seemed unnecessary for her to question my pain or invalidate it. She informed me that no evening appointments after 5:40 PM would be available and that she couldn't provide an alternative date that fit my schedule. I found her attitude unhelpful and said I would be reporting this experience to her superiors. Becky challenged me to do so and abruptly hung up on me. If this is the standard of service at this practice, I will not be returning. It's unfortunate that such poor customer service could drive away patients from what seems to be an excellent dentist. read more

Dentistry at Suburban Square is pretty sweet. Between the comfortable atmosphere, the nice staff and the pain free experience I am always content. Each time I visit I get to wait in their stylish waiting room for a few minutes before they call me back. Its quite relaxing with its nice decor, refreshments and calming displays on their television (which is why I say "get to"). When I first walked into the office as a new patient I remember I was shocked by the homey feel it gave off. Not only that, but the staff was also very welcoming to me and still are each time I visit. They make me feel comfortable and safe in their office. Not only does the happy staff make me feel safe, comfortable and content, but knowing that I will not be in any pain does also. I used to fear going to the dentist and getting work done until I switched to Dentistry at Suburban Square. Dr. Wollock always makes sure everything is going okay and lets me know what he is doing each time. I've had many cavities filled throughout my life which are very uncomfortable, but I can say that I have felt no pain getting them filled by Dr. Wollock. All dentists say to let them know if yih are feeling pain but Dr. Wollock actually does something about it. So if you would like to feel safe, comfortable and content in your dentist office then Dentistry at Suburban Square is perfect for you. read more

What a great dentist office! The receptionist was a breath of fresh air! You can tell that she actually liked working there. The staff was so friendly and welcoming!! The waiting room was nice. They have a waiting room designed especially for kids but i didn't get a chance to see it (I will when I take my boys there!). I did not have to wait long to be seen...love that!!! The hygenist was very knowledgable and personable. She explained things as she went on. I let her know that I was on a time constraint because I had to pick up my kids from school and she made sure that Dr. Wollock would be in to see me before I had to go and that I would be out on time. She said to always let them know if you need to be out by a certain time and they would make sure that you leave on time. I wish all doctors' offices would value my time as much as their own! Dr. Wollock was so professional yet down to earth. I loved how he explained everything to me and didn't feel rushed, even though I was the one on a time constraint. I can honestly say that I am not dreading going back in 6 months for my check-up...who can say that about their dentist?? I will definitely recommend Dentistry at Suburban Square to my friends and family! And an added bonus-They can email and/or text you your appointments and reminders!! read more
