I used the washroom today before my appointment and it was really dirty - sink area dirty, floor and no paper towels to dry your hands. Last time I was a little upset about how unkept the technicians station was - didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks. Now I don't work here but it only takes a couple minutes to clean up after each customer and there should be no reason why it's so dirty. I'm only getting a manicure today and glad it's not a pedicure. There are no mats on the floor or slippers/flip flops to change into to walk on after a pedicure and the floor is filthy from wet books and shoes tracking in debris from outside. Shame because the place is great otherwise. The lady that has done my manicures is just fantastic and I've had a pedicure here last week and she did an awesome job. I just can't get past their housekeeping. That and I made the appt on line yesterday- then they called and said - we need to a move your appt to 11:30 - no problem I said - I got here and 11:20 and have been waiting ever since..it's now 12:15. I'd leave if I had another appointment to go to but I don't. Sadly will not be returning here - Good Luck !

Unfortunately I don't think I will be back because of the polish job. The application is quite uneven and when I got home I noticed that there was polish - both coloured and clear - on my skin. The workers here are lovely but I think I will go back to my old salon in the junction - it is a bit of a trek for me now but they do a really good job and are less expensive.

I gave her a few designs I liked, just a classic simple French manicure with white floral designs. She added some extra detailing and her spin, like pearls to the middle finger, to match my veil. I thought I needed to extend all my nails but I'm glad she gave me advice that I didn't need to as long as the nails are shaped well I can still get the look without discomfort after the event. The spa has separate men's and women's changing rooms with showers, a hot tub and plenty of useful amenities. You can also purchase facial masks. Beyond the saunas, there are far infrared-light lounge chairs to lie on, massage chairs, a quiet lounge for reading or relaxing, a sleeping room, a gym and computer stations if you need to work. There is also a restaurant if you get hungry, as well as spa treatments available for an additional cost. Many people brought books and spent time relaxing between the different rooms.
