They came out the very next day. The price was very reasonable. I even asked if they could do the rest of my home while they were here and it was no problem! I have an over 3,000 square foot home and they cleaned all the carpet for an insanely great deal in my eyes compared to other carpet cleaners. They had two people. One spraying and one cleaning. The urine spot was cleaned up but a spot was still left once it was dry. I called and they were out on Monday to fix it. After that it was gone! The carpet is fluffy and beautiful and some set in staining that was there when we moved in last year, they were able to get it out! Our carpet looks new. I am so grateful that I found this company! I had a basement water leak with damage to the carpet. John went above and beyond to help make the stressful event less worrisome. Not only did he quickly respond but was also extremely flexible. In additions, he gave me a referral for repair the carpet, which was fixed within the next day. He also came by to pick up the rental fan and took the extra garbage from the carpet, so I would not have to deal with it. Fantastic company to work with. I have had them out for carpet cleaning in the past and was always happy with the results. Last Friday our sump pump went out and flooded our finished basement. Apke Total Restoration was out in about an hour and had things back to normal in 4 days. We were amazed at how clean our tile floor and grout looked. We held off getting the floor cleaned because we really did not think it would work.
