This is my first time using them. I saw them on the internet and they were offering a discount for the month of April for neutering your dog. I was so impressed with my first phone call to them about there offer for a neuter discount. Tushat was so informative and friendly. I booked Teddy in and Could not be happier. I dropped him off and they were super friendly while I was there. They let me know up front about additional charges if I chose them. I called to check on him and they said he is doing great but groggy wanted him another hour to keep on eye on him. He is at home doing great and I am a happy customer. Apollo vet: I have been using Apollo Vet clinic For over 10 years. I run a dog rescue as well as my personal dogs. We have had hundreds of dogs go through her clinic. With nothing but excellent things to say her staff is friendly. The clinic is clean. She does a great job. She's well qualified and her staff has been with her for many years. They are also well qualified. She's wonderful lady, and she brings in vets to do their practical with her. She's easy to talk with. She's easy to get a hold of. She does home visits she loves the animals. She's very warm, kind and loving veterinary and I have nothing better than my highest praise for her. As well as she's very affordable she's very honest and trustworthy. her clinic is clean brand new paint job and brand new floors. It's so wonderful to see. as well now she does laser therapy. Took a 100 LB dog in had growth on his snout. So he had to be put out. I don't like it because it's always a risk. But we agree. I asked for a Biopsy and a Titer test. Since the animal was unconscious. She asked if I wanted his teeth cleaned and his nails done. I said I said go for it. So I get the dog she removed the growth, never sent it in for biopsy and never did the titer test. Said she couldn't get enough blood. the dog was over 100 lbs Cleaned his teeth and did a sub par job on the nails. and charged me $1400 When the paying customer ask you to do something, do it. Apollo was amazing in a very stressful situation my American bull dog decided to play with three donkeys and he was beat very badly trampled. I was shaken and called Apollo and they said bring him right in they took amazing care of him kept him and were very kind and went over everything head too paw as he was trampled all over his body. The staff said my boy was very sweet with everyone they were truly dog people I would not pay too much attention to anything negative here could only pay 40% of my copay the balance in 2 weeks and they did not make me feel bad just good people read more

Changing to this vet, Dr. Renu Sood, was such a great decision. I had accepted that my dog's life would be harder and shorter with his arthritis and he would be on meds forever. However...I went to Apollo to check out laser therapy and found a vet who is innovative and committed to making life better for animals. We had PRP on his hips (twice now) and will be getting it done for his shoulders. After his first PRP treatment, he was completely off pain meds for 9 months! The team is so caring and they have grown to love my dog so much. I trust them, which for us dog folks, is a big deal! read more

We started going to Apollo Veterinarian Clinic 3 years ago and have been very satisfied with their services and pricing, they are very caring and informative about our pet. The Clinic doesnt look fancy but the caring is next to none, all the staff members are so personal, our pet can be very unpredictable but they seem to be able to handle him, so as they say it is probably the owners not the pet!!! Dried blood splatters in the examination room ,whole place is pretty dirty in general.. took my Guinea pig in for a physical exam my appointment was scheduled for 1:30 I didn't see Dr.Renu until an hour and a half later! She came in asked me a few questions, listened to his lungs , said there is something wrong with his breathing (what my concern was) and she said that their X-ray machine was broken and I would have to come back tomorrow , I was in there with her ten mins max and was charged 30 dollars for a "physical exam" . I called back and asked for a quota on how much it would be for an X-ray and the lady said 190 for the photos alone and if the dr can't read them herself she might need to send them off to a lab and that was another 220$ but she said "hopefully the dr. Can read them though" . After reading these other reviews on top of my short experience I will not be going back and I will be looking for a different vet. Just seems like a money grab all around , some of these other reviews are just horrific like how is this place open?? read more

Do not bring your pets here! Horrendous care of pet and people! I wish I would have read reviews before I took our girl in to get spayed! The entire experience was awful! The place was messy, bloody tissue on the floor, untidy. When I booked the appointment they didn't even tell me no food or water before surgery. I thought about it in the evening and had to look it up online. They could die if they eat or drink, that's something the staff should be telling people! The vet who did our intake at 10:15am for the SPAY said "prepare yourself or could be cancer" then said they needed to do a work up and a bunch of tests. Then they took my dog and said they'd call when she was ready for pick up. They called me at 12:45pm and said "she'll be ready in a couple hours" I arrived around 3:30pm and was greeted with dismissive and rude behaviour. The girl told me that "it would take time" so I asked if things went well and she said "the vet will have to speak with you" so I got scared that something happened. I asked if our dog was okay and she just stared blankly at me and said "we'll call you" i told her they did call me and said she'd be ready for pick up. If something had changed I just wanted to know if she was okay. She rudely dismissed me again and said the vets busy wait for our call, maybe later in the night. By this point it was already 5pm. I told her, it's an hour drive for me that I've already made three times today so I'll just wait close by and to please call me as soon as they know anything. I sat in the parking lot in tears! I was terrified! By 7:30pm I was still waiting, and hadn't received a phone call or any information on anything. I called AGAIN and this time a guy answered and said "she's doing great she'll be ready in an hour" after all that! I could not believe it! When I went in to pick her up they were so unorganized! They forgot to give her meds, they charged me more than they quoted me, then tried to charge again and said it was a different price. Then when I asked about her antibiotics they were like "oh ya" "I wondered about that" then I asked about the check up, and when I'd know the results, and they said "she's fine, has no one talked to you? I'll print off the paperwork" this place was horrible!!!! I've got her home now, and the incision is horrendous, it's over a foot long!!! It's grotesque! Please don't ever bring an animal to these people!!!!!! Update*** I realized the next morning that the verbal instructions I was given for the antibiotics did not match what was written on the bottle. I called the office to double check. It turns out not only did I have to remind them that she needed antibiotics, but they also, counted the pills wrong, over charged me, and wrote down the wrong instructions! The gross level of negligence is astounding! I am appalled. read more

DR RENU SOOD...I don't recommend Apollo Animal Hospital I brought my dog in for a $30 consultation to look at my dogs teeth. Dr Renu told me that my dog had gingivitis and needed dental cleaning and she could do It that same day for $265. Then came an essential blood work for $240. I love my dog and wanted her to be safe so I agreed. I picked Maggie up 6 hours later and that night she coughed a lot through the night. I called the vet in the morning and I was told that this wasn't normal and to bring her in. I brought her in 3-4 hours later and I explained to dr. renu that the coughing had subsided. She stroked Maggie's throat causing her to cough. Dr Renu said that the coughing would come back and that she needed to have two injections of medications and to go home with tablets of both. A further $182. I love maggie and did what I was told. Maggie stopped eating and drinking after these meds and began to act weird. Standing in the middle of the room staring, hiding under the bed and shakinglike she was scared. I took her back again the following morning. Dr Renu now suggested $500 in X-rays. I declined and accepted hesitantly intravenous to hydrate her. The blood tests showed some red flags and the flags were never explained to me. The blood tests are done on site and I can't help but question the results. Dr. renu told me to stop taking the TORBUTROL after one tablet. Meds cost me $182After speaking to Langley animal hospital, I was told that TORBUTROL is a narcotic and explained the weird behaviour, and was told that Maggie to be heavily sedated with a pain killer was uncalled for as there wasn't even any extractions, and the coughing was normal on the first night because of how the incubation tube had been placed. My final bill was close to $800 for a simple teeth cleaning and worst than this was that my dog suffered unneeded trauma from pain killers that were not needed. Furthermore unprofessional and no masks worn! Also my dog wasn't fasted before putting her under anaesthetic. My dog could have aspirated causing pneumonia and died. Totally unethical and Dr Renu refused to speak to me after I brought Maggie home. read more

My family had a horrible experience adopting and unfortunately re-homing a dog through this vet. They were unprofessional when we went to pick up, didn't even know who the dog was (required a picture to ID him) then when we unfortunately had to re-home him through the society they told the new foster lies about the dog and almost lost his chance at a new home. My family has dealt with them twice now and been extremely unimpressed. Also have heard a very negative experience from a friend. After seeing so many negative reviews on here, dating back years, with clearly no change I needed to add my own experience. read more

I would have to agree with everyone here who has given 1 star. this doctor is HORRIBLE HEARTLESS SOCIOPATH! She does not care about the animals AT ALL! I worked here for a very short time and quit because I was so mortified by her behaviour. A woman brought her 15-year-old dog into the vet because it had teeth injuries from a ball being hit in the mouth when he was playing, the woman couldn't afford treatment so she decided to put him down. The doctor then injected him with tranquilizer and threw him outside to just walk and stumble around by himself on the cement. When I saw him like this I felt so bad, I picked him up and was holding him in my arms, and you could see him calming. She rudely snapped at me and told me to just throw him in the kennel and close the door. No emotion at all the poor thing was so happy to be in my arms and felt safe until I had to put him in the kennel. Then another cat was having work done and he was being put under, he was terrified and I was soothing the cat to go under which was working perfectly fine and she snapped at me again and said don't touch the cat it overstimulates them and they won't go to sleep, the cat was going to sleep just fine. she doesn't care about animals. This is a 100% revolving business for her and she only cares about the money if you love your pets do not take them here. There's so many other better clinics on this one. I do not live in Surrey anymore, but I personally would recommend the Newton 24 hour animal hospital. They absolutely love the animals and their pricing is amazing there. Do not go to this vet. If you are a true dog/animal lover and have a heart, you should never come here. Bringing my dog here was the worst mistake of my life. In hindsight, I should've just walked right out. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT come here. Renu is the definition of a doctor with no passion or love in her work. She's a person that goes to work because she needs to, not because she truly cares or loves animals. STAY AWAY. I am assuming she's still in business because of lower or cheaper rates? I would not take my dog there even if it was free or if she paid me. This is how terrible she is with dogs. Again, no love or affection at all. THE WORST VET EXPERIENCE. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG. 1. Dr. Renu was extremely fearful and threw the muzzle on the ground. - my dog was trembling and barked ONCE. 2. She said she was going to sedate the dog if she dog didn't cooperate. (You should never casually sedate a dog unless they are going under a major surgery or operation) - my dog only needed to get stitches taken out. Bottomline, zero tenderness or love towards my dog, I can only imagine how she treats other dogs at the vet under no supervision from their owners. She gives no time for the dog to warm up, but wanted to resort straight to sedation. I am a true dog lover and seeing my dog being put through this terrible experience was so difficult to swallow. I don't know how else to urge you, but please DO NOT COME HERE. If you truly love your dog/animal, going here will only break your heart. I see there are some positive reviews on google for Renu mainly about her budget friendly pricing. I rather work a second job to support my dog than go to her. I wouldn't even trust her to take care of my goldfish if I had any, seeing how terrible she was with my dog. Please save your dog and yourself from a traumatic experience and DO NOT come here. I would give it 0 stars but no option for that. 1 star for designated parking right outside and friendly receptionist over the phone. But don't be fooled, Renu will be one seeing your dog. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS VET!! I attempted to work for this quack doctor Renu, and she is NOT a vet who cares about her work or your animals well being. All she cares about is your money. Her personality/demeanour is very abrasive and off-putting. She is rude, unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and she looks more like a junkie than a doctor. I worked for her for maybe 3 shifts and was reduced to tears while having an anxiety attack about having to go back there. She hires under qualified staff and does not support or facilitate proper training. I was very new, so I stayed in the back the first time to clean and do "beginner" tasks, no one instructed me to shadow her or show me anything, and I got reprimanded as if I wasn't interested in learning, when all I've ever wanted to do was be a vet....The girls are all just walking on eggshells around her, waiting for something to trigger her temper, and when you make mistakes, she makes you work without pay to learn. She then accused me of lying about sweeping under a chair or something as if I'm some child who needs to get around sweeping under a chair, threatening me with looking at the camera footage. I declined the position and told her I did not appreciate being bullied when I'm only there to help. This is a very toxic environment, I do not recommend anyone to work here or bring their animals. She will rip you off and ignore your dog/cat locked in a kennel most of the day. The boarded animals aren't treated much better either; you couldn't pay me to take my animals to this joke of a place. read more

Went here for years with our kitty believing we were getting excellent service. The last couple visits in Jan & March 2021 we were told told by Dr. Renu that our cats teeth were "healthy and looked great". We had noticed some pink on one tooth before the March appointment but after her comments, assumed it was normal. Fast forward to Sept 2021, that tooth split off. Took her to a new vet near our new house and she needs 10 teeth extracted and that a few had already fallen out, and completely healed over. I asked the new vet if it was likely for ALL this to happen in the last 6 months, she said that was really not likely. Not to mention, after our cat was diagnosed with Megacolon in January, she had to go on cisapride 2x a day. On average, 60 pills was $200. We were told it was so expensive due to short supply. New vet - those same pills/qty cost $75. I understand mark up... but holy crap. We also started getting tons of mixed messages from the vet re: the mega colon. I feel like I was set up to fail our precious Cat. Don't go here. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I called the animal hospital on Sunday as they were open until 10pm and my dog had been vomiting. I thought we should at least get him checked out before I could get him into my regular vet on Monday. They told me I could bring my dog in an hour and a half so I did. They immediately put us in a room and a lady came in. She asked what was happening and I told her my dog had vomited multiple times that day. Without even looking at my dog in ANY capacity, she tells me he will need to be admitted for 3 days. She starts writing out lines of costs for each thing she needs to do (blood work, x-ray, iv fluids, etc) again without even taking one look at my dog. I explained he was a new rescue and I was hesitant to leave him there and the trauma that would cause him but she could care less. She left to give us some time to think about it and I just stepped out to ask the front desk lady if she was a veterinarian (because I noticed at one point she said the dr. is coming back tonight). The lady at the front stumbled a bit and clearly wasn't sure what to say and then proceeded to tell me that she "thinks" shes a vet tech. I asked if she was allowed to treat patients without a vet there and she looked at me like a dear in headlights. The lady who saw us in the room then comes out and says did you make a decision? I asked if she was a vet and she says yes, shes a practicing vet. So I ask if she can show me her certificate and she says well I am working on my exam. I ask where the vet is and they tell me she will be back at 10pm. I am fairly certain that a vet tech (if she even was one) cannot treat patients and she definitely shouldn't have made the call that my dog needed to stay there for 3 days without even looking at him. She told me she couldn't do an exam without me paying for it, but that is obviously what I made the appointment for, not to have my dog given a 3 day hospital stay without an exam. The whole process was horrific and I would urge you to go anywhere else but this hospital. Maybe the vet is wonderful, but who knows if you are actually seeing a vet or not when you make an appointment there. read more

Awesome doctor and staff! Adopted our dog who arrived from the US with "dry eyes" according to his papers, which also showed several months of doctor's visits. Dr. Renu took one look at him and immediately knew it was not dry eyes but Entropion (a medical condition where the eyelid grows inward). Surgery was immediately scheduled followed by very efficient post surgery care & check ups! Now we have a happy dog enjoying his perfect eyesight everyday!! Worst experience EVER! Avoid this place if you care for your pets! Dr. Renu Sood (female) and another vet (male, did not get his name) work at this filthy clinic. We took a rescue puppy (Dachshund) that we wanted to adopt from a Rescue in for a checkup and his 1st vaccines, She knew nothing about him so we gave her a brief description of the life he had for 8 months prior to going into Rescue Organization. Told her he came from a breeder, ate what he could, found shelter in a barn, not allowed inside the home, little contact with people or other dogs, had no vaccines, etc. We had legitimate concerns about his health and well being. She raised her voice when our puppy growled at her and was annoyed by it. Dr. Renu Sood was going to give him too many vaccines! Rabies (that is done at one year, not 8 months), Bordetella and others. We only wanted the DA2PP. She told us that is all he received. She barely inspected him so there was NO checkup. Zero. She looked at his teeth because I asked her to and told me he was healthy based on his weight . He was supposed to get a deworming apparently but he did not. We were rushed out because a "paying" customer came in with their animal. I did not get a receipt until I asked her for a vaccine record because the Rescue was paying for the vaccines. She put on the record that he received Coronavirus and apparently was instructed to do so from the Rescue. The Rescue person says otherwise. I phoned and spoke to the Receptionist and was told that he received it and that the Rescue requested it. $48 for a DA2PP plus a Coronavirus vaccine is a little suspect. Issues everywhere. Found out from my vet that I trust he is full of worms, like we suspected. Here is the kicker...The vet asked me how much the adoption fee was for the dog and we didn't know because it was never put on Facebook or Pet Finder. That tells me that she is trying to charge more for the Rescue Dogs that she sees from the Rescue we dealt with and doesn't want to discount too much if we are paying $1000 for an adoption fee. Do not board your cat or dog there. This place also does that and has a Groomer place attached. Too much going on. Lesson learned the hard way I guess. Wish I would have gone to my vet in the fist place and paid for a proper exam and appropriate vaccines. The woman before us also looked really unimpressed after she left the place with her cat. I cannot recommend Apollo Animal Hospital enough! My dog Kaizen went in for an emergency and ended up with an IV drip to stabilize him then 2 emergency surgeries. Dr. Renu saved his life I have had numerous experiences with many vets and have found Dr. Renu to be the most competent and caring vet that I have had the pleasure to meet. Dr. Renu and her staff take each animals health personally and it shows with not only the quality of care Kaizen received but with the love and affection he was shown while he was hospitalized there. I was joking with my son that he may not want to come home after being spoiled by all these wonderful ladies! Lol Kaizen is now home and thanks to Dr. Renu's quick thinking and expertise, he is doing amazing! This vet almost killed my dog. Took my dog in here for a foot injury. He was a rescue so we weren't sure if he had vaccines or not. The dog came home with parvo and almost died. Any vet clinic is very careful with parvo! They quarantine the dog and clean everything dog touches with bleach and water. This vet does none of this! I'm positive they infect your dog with parvo when it is there for something else....so you bring you dog back as it is sick. Money scam! And dog killers read more

Dr. Renu is the friendliest & caring vet I have encountered so far! She soothed & cared for my pet as if her own when I brought my dog in. She made her comfortable and relaxed, when usually my dog shivers/whines & tries to run away at even the smell of the vet. She explained everything she was doing as she examined my dog, & was trying to give me the best prices possible for all of the things my dog needed. My dog also peed on the floor, & instead of getting mad she used the pee off the ground for a urine sample & could tell by the smell that my dog had a fever. Though this place is far away from my house, it's the worth the trip because I want the best possible care for my best friend. Not to mention the late hours this place runs, that not many vets offer (10pm). This is my new permanent vet for all of my pets. I even heard about her charging a sweet little girl 100 dollars (her own money) to look at her dwarf hamster. They use to be good there now she is money hungry. This vet hospital is terrible so I wish I could give it 0 stars. I had the terrible misfortune of dealing with them because of the Black Dog Rescue society. The adoption agency charges you for the spay/neuter when you adopt. They work with Apollo Animal Hospital. The adoption agency tells you to take your dog to them. This animal hospital is staffed by unprofessional and rude people. The doctor has a terrible attitude. My sister and I took my adopted puppy to this hospital for spay on September 7th, 2019. The doctor took us to the exam room (which was poorly maintained) and took out a piece of paper and started to write a whole bunch of prices. Then she looked at us and said that "if you don't opt for these options your dog might die"! Like really? What doctor says that? So, my sister and I panicked after hearing that and signed the paper. The doctor didn't explain anything she that she wrote. Then she said ok leave your dog here. So, as we were leaving the receptionist said your total is $298! I was shocked! I already paid $300 for that to the adoption agency for the spay. So in total I almost paid $600 for spay. This is not the only problem with this vet hospital. A few days later we went to get the stitches removed and the doctor comes out with scissors and attempted to remove them in the hallway! She didn't even take my dog to the examination room. The vet then goes: "the incision is inflamed, so you need antibiotics and we can't remove the stitches!" So, I said ok and then the receptionist goes your total is "$118"! I mean what on earth is wrong with that hospital??? They rob you blindly and expects you to be happy. So, I told them that I won't buy the antibiotics and ended up paying $15. My sister and I got really sketched out and asked the receptionist about all the extra charges. They lectured us like nobody's business. They insisted that we talk to the vet. The doctor came out of the back room and approached the reception area and asked her receptionist: "so, what do they want?" She then proceeded to raise her voice at us. This hospital will steal your money and won't give you any explanation. I took my puppy to another animal hospital that day and the doctor said your puppy does not need any antibiotics. The incision is not inflamed at all. He didn't even charge us to get the stitches removed! He said you guys already paid them way too much money. The adoption agency lady named Cindy told me that she will talk to the vet but kept coming up with different excuses and I waited patiently for over 2 months. Today, I texted Cindy and she completely changed her tone and story. She goes: " you talk to them about your refund...I'm not the one who took your money!". This hospital and the adoption agency together scams people out of their money and lie constantly. They take so much money from unsuspecting people yet they can't even keep their hospital in decent shape. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. There are so many similar reviews on Google. I have taken two of my cats there, both for UTIs. The first one they charged $400 and the second one, only a year later, they charged $1100! There was no difference between the two situations. Of course in the moment when I was upset I agreed to the recommended tests because I was worried and scared. When I got in my car I called my sister who runs an animal rescue to tell her about the situation. She told me I was getting completely ripped off, as antibiotics should only be a couple hundred dollars max. Let me also add my cat is only two years old and an indoor cat... Then I called to cancel the tests and just treat with antibiotics (only 10 minutes later) and they said they were busy dealing with an emergency and had to call me back. I tried calling three times over the next half hour and no one answered. Finally I got ahold of them and then they told me they couldn't cancel the tests because they had already done them, even though I wanted to cancel. When I picked up my cat a few days later and told them I was upset they had taken advantage of the situation, she told me my cat was "lethargic" and that's why it cost so much. This is not true. My cat was energetic and scared and exploring the exam room. And to top it all off the doctor dropped my cat on the floor right in front of me. Needless to say, I'm never going back and neither is any one in my family. Go there if you want to get gauged. I'm thoroughly disgusted that my grief and worry was used to profit from. I hope no one else gets treated this way in the future. read more

I think I was probably one of the first people to see Dr. Renu when she first opened her clinic years ago. She is kind and compassionate and loves all animals as if they were her own. I board my cat Handsome there whenever I go away and I always feel badly about bringing him home because everyone loves him so much. I never worry about him while I am gone because I know he is in the best of care. She also carries a full line of Prescription Pet Foods and is open early and much later than most places. She also makes HOUSE CALLS! (Who DOES that any more?) If you are looking for someone who will take the time you need to explain things to you in detail and who will speak in a soothing gentle voice to your pet while working with them (I have seen this often) then come here. It's so sad to see a place like this still in business. When I tried to voice my concerns to the owner she just hung up on me and gave me a sob sorry about how she has to pay her bills. I can live with the fact that they scammed me over $100, but I will not tolerate mistreatment of my cat. My cat is still terrified from the experience and I've had to get another vet involved to review and reverse what they did to him. Very disappointed in Dr. Renu As she wanted to stick us with a $1000 bill for unnecessary treatment. She wanted to board the dog for 3-4 days, do x-ray, blood work and other tests right away. The dog had good energy, was just throwing up. She gave us the worst case scenario only. I took the dog to his regular vet who treated him with antibiotics and he recovered in a day. Dr. Renu is only interested in making money and not the best interest of he pet. Would not go back!!!!!! read more

Thank you!! Thank you!! Dr. Renu saved my dog once again! Dr. Renu is the only person I will trust with my dog with, she is very honest, compassionate and truly cares about animals. We had a very complicated array of symptoms to deal with and the doctor was very competent and knowledgeable about the whole process and very informative about our options for future healthcare. Throughout all our visits, Dr. Renu never rushed like she was on a schedule, she always took plenty of time to answer all the questions and concerns we had at all times. I can't say enough about this office. Hands down, this is the best veterinary we have taken our dog to.. Ever! I would never recommend this place. My dog has entropion and requires surgery. They kept draining our money with unnecessary medications and referrals to specialists and a month later my dog still needs surgery and the specialists didn't even know the veterinarian actually canceled her surgery already previously. This is a time sensitive issue that could cost my dog her eye and I've switch vets. The vet kept passing my dog on to others and I doubt her skill set 100% at this point. Do not take your fur babies here they are expensive and there is zero accountability for their poor decisions. I'm taking her somewhere else for half the price and she's been treated immediately. I live on the Island and called around for a quote to get my dogs broken molar taken out (one tooth). I am on a budget, live pay cheque to pay cheque. I called 5 vet and was quoted $800 to $1400 and I could not afford that. I was told about Dr. Sood and Apollo Animal hospital by a friend so I called and explained that I could not afford a lot. Dr. Sood cared more for the welfare of my dog than the money. She made it work within my budget. I paid less including the ferry back and forth than the lowest quote I got here on the Island. When I got there and she saw my dog she was very kind and gentle with my dog. This is what a vet should be, kind, caring and compassionate. I am so happy to find a vet that cares more about the caring of an animal than trying make people pay thousands of dollars. read more

Here is my review for Doctor Renu, I meet this doctor the day before she went for her Canadian citizenship, so I had to wait the day after this important celebration, Doctor Renu is one of few many vets whom our lovely babies are like her own, She is friendly and take care of my babies with exceptional attention. Peanut was soo sick that she gave her a special room so she could be comfortable, no lies. She also take care of Candy, my sweet redish poodle, I will never say enough about Doctor Renu. Worst vet experience ever. Over treated and over charged. Our cat came out sicker than when he went in. Had to take him to another vet to get him sorted out. When I told the other vet what we had been through for what turned out to be a simple problem they could not believe it. I am seriously doubting this vet's background. I took my small dog in because she had blood in her urine. She kept my dog for a week....supposedly running tests. then she performed surgery on her bladder and now my dogs pees uncontrollably, has sore all over her belly and the vet stated my dog has a disease.....all lies. I regret taking my dog there, she has to wear diapers for the rest of her life. This is after I paid $2000.00 for what? A botched up surgery and a traumatized dog. She has separation anxiety and is in pain, not eating. I wish this Dr. Sood would go back to India...where she belongs, not in Canada. She doesn't deserve to practice here let alone live here!
