I was REALLY pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Chad, who couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful!! EVEN FOR JUST A KEY! He took the time to look up the Hafale catalogue and found the item I needed and agreed to order it and have it sent to my house at no charge. I made a trip to the shop a couple weeks later and met with a young woman who could not have cared less about what we wanted. Still, we picked up some samples and thought maybe we'd move forward. Another visit yielded questions about backsplash and tile (they don't do it), and installation and removal of existing material, which she couldn't answer. I left, thinking she'd get back to me with answers. After two weeks I called someone else (who did an excellent job). WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM, PAID CLOSE TO 8K TO GET THIS DONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE LEFT HANGING ON YOUR OWN. ONE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. THE GENERAL MANAGER REMAINS UNAWARE.
