I am appalled at the service in this place. I am a designer, and stopped by to see an item in…read moreperson, but did not have an appointment with a sales person. I was barred from entering the show room until I told the (very rude) receptionist why I was there! When I explained what I was looking for I was told "we don't have that" and then she proceeded to turn around and deal with someone else who apparently deserved attention more. I asked another employee where the sinks were located and I was shooed away and told "over there" as she gestured to an entire side of the showroom. Every time I ran into an employee here I was not asked if I needed help, I wasn't even greeted or smiled at - instead I was given a smug "smile" if you could call it that and was asked to move out of the way. I have been to many high end design showrooms with price points much higher than Ferguson and have never been treated like this. I understand that making an appointment is the ideal way of doing business, however there needs to be a way to accommodate customers without treating them like trash. Whoever is in charge of the sales floor - I hope you read this and I hope some changes are made.

When you walk into Ferguson with its gleaming showroom and countless options for your home and…read morekitchen, it's difficult to understand the one-star and two-star reviews online. Upscale options and tremendous variety abound! But when you're not visiting just to gawk, and you're genuinely attempting to assemble components for your soon-to-be refurbished home bathrooms, you begin to see the shortcomings of Ferguson. Despite numerous employees, forget anyone helping you because you'll soon discover that all the other customers have "made a reservation." Okay, that's an easy issue to solve in the future. Without a "reservation" we were encouraged to scan QR codes for each display to determine available finishes, prices, and measurements. But not even the most modern phones could scan the world's tiniest QR codes throughout the store. The lighting is odd within the store, so significant that you cannot clearly determine whether the color or finish you're considering would look appropriate in your bathroom at home. All of their competitor's stores are sufficiently lit. As we looked for a top to our bathroom vanity, we learned Ferguson doesn't sell vanity tops. They only sell the entire vanity. We have seven-foot-long bathroom vanities in all of our bathrooms like everyone else in our neighborhood does. It's not unusual. However, Ferguson's vanities apparently max out at six feet, so this was obviously no use to us. And don't even get us started on how convoluted the Ferguson website is! We ended up designing our two remodeled bathrooms at a different store.

No offer to assist, but she did say she must have been at lunch, not sure why that mattered. After that, she disappeared. We came back to the desk 3 times to get help, no one. I did see her hanging out with a designer and other team member, I'm glad the designer received assistance. I will not be back. I will not recommend to anyone. My assumption is they don't need the business. I can see how they have a good review from a designer as they were giving that individual quite a bit of attention. Had just the opposite experience at PDI, and I hadn't even called them. I only spend 16K on a bathtub there but I do plan on returning for the rest of our bathroom remodel. Victoria spend some time helping us and redeemed our afternoon in Nashville. Need help remodeling go to PDI and ask for Victoria.

She was so friendly and helpful. She found exactly what I was looking for and walked me through the process. The showroom is great!! This was my first trip to this company and I was immediately impressed with the layout, and variety of sinks, toilets, bathtubs - just everything you need to remodel a bathroom or kitchen. I'll definitely be back! Thanks also to the fabulous folks in the warehouse who waiting on me quickly and carried the sink to my car. Very polite. This could not have been a better experience!

This place is filled from floor to ceiling, no embellishment, with doors, windows, mantels, hardware, door knobs, lights, handles, cabinets and other items. While majority of the items were aged quite a bit, it did appear that they had some new build doors and such if that is what you are after. Honestly, I think 50% of the inventory is doors of some variety, and I wasn't mad it! It is such a cool space to wander around for a bit. We stopped by looking for antique furniture and while they have a few pieces, that is not what this place is about. Even though we didn't find what we were after, it was cool to wander up and down the hallways and through the maze of rooms scoping out the goods...we really loved some of the windows and lights they have hanging around. Some absolutely beautiful, and pricey, finds that I could see absolutely making a space! The staff was pleasant and friendly, she greeted us when we were walking around and again as we were leaving. Overall, I could see the need and popularity of a place like this, especially when it comes to remodeling, replacing or upgrading a space.

The box was a bit tattered and tore up but they assured me it was a hell of a deal. Half price almost, original price was almost 3K. Wow. I'm stealing this bad boy. The box actually looked like it had drifted through the 2010 Opryland atrium flood, I pictured it wedged between a kapok tree and bowl of artichoke dip. But, I mean it's a beautiful bronze faucet. It could withstand anything. Right?! Fast forward, missing parts clamps, washers , rings, returning plumbers , on line orders, wrong size replacement products. 20 hours later of labor and my time surfing the net to find the right part. I finally solved the problem. Told them and they said oh wow sorry. I asked for a discount for all the inconvenience and the money spent and time lost. They said. Oh I'm sorry. It's final sale I said but u just spent a month trying to find me the right parts and u got that wrong too. Yah but I saw on the box it said final sale. . Woo hoo. This is how we do it. Today I had to enter the scene of the crime for another issue, I did the sign of the cross in my car and asked for patience and understanding. As my 5.4" 120 lb self enters the showroom, I held my hand up to the 7'8" greeter -like trust me, you don't want any of this today. I headed over to customer service like a gangster ready to rumble and out of nowhere comes the running back from The Super Bowl trying to address me before I hit the counter. Clearly someone up front fired the canon and said all hands on deck. Crazy customer entering the building. And then ...........the clouds opened and I heard the angels sing. Derek with his big smile and his oh I'm sorry for what someone did to you, god forgive them for they know not what they do. Redemption today for HDC, William the giant at the door who can feel a room even if he can't read it and Derek the king of damage control, helped me in 2 minutes, apologized for the prior mishap and ordered the replacement shades I needed for the dumb bathroom vanity fixtures that the bulbs Burnt right through. ..nice to see good customer service and a subtle reminder to business owners, the name of ur company is the face at the door.
