Food at the snack bar is fresh cooked and great. The counter staff moves you through quickly so you have your food in hand in plenty of time to enjoy it in your car before the show starts. $8 is the best price anywhere for 2 first run double features. Sound through the radio is perfect every time. Grass is lush and better than mine at home in the yard! As good as the movie experience is, the management and the way the drive-in is run is just as good. The place is clean and well kept. Everyone has to wait in the same line to get food. You basically lose the privilege of planning ahead (and spending $2 more) because you're waiting with all the other plebeians who are buying their tickets same day. We bought online then went straight in to get our seats, but when I came back I found I had to go all the way back OUTSIDE to get in line for food. Also so screen 18 was showing a musical. There was something immediately off about the sound. You could hear it, but there were no mids and little bass. The sound system was so flat that whole 3hr picture. Watching a musical, this bugged me so much. It just wasn't as full as you'd expect a theater sound system to be. Lastly 2 boxes of candy and a regular and large popcorn were $35. Stars deducted.

To top it off, the video quality was awful--maybe 720p at best--with poor colors that made the movie look like it was playing on a broken projector or a bootleg copy. We spent nearly $75 for four people--just tickets, popcorn, and drinks--and walked out feeling completely let down. No candy, no comfort, and honestly, no reason to go back. We love going to the movies, and as newcomers to town, we had high hopes. Sadly, this isn't a place we'd recommend. It's worth the drive to a better theater or just waiting to watch at home.
