after towing my vehicle they caused over $3,000 worth of damages. to their credit, they did own up to the damage, but I lost over $1,000 in income. I've requested a refund for the tow fee and have been ignored, now I'm seeking both the tow fee and my lost income, they are liable for my losses and damages both. this is not how business is to be done, if they refuse to pay for my losses they will be sued and with the witnesses and admission they caused the damage they will be ordered to pay for all losses, so I am offering them to pay 1/2 of my losses of income, and they have already paid for the damages and repairs. read more

My dad was hit by a semi truck at the beginning of the year in his work truck, they were called without us knowing where the truck was going. From the very beginning they have been beyond useless, terrible customer service and just could not care less about our situation. Refusal to let us see the vehicle or take pictures was very hypocritical as our vehicle was on the news without our permission. Do not let your vehicle get taken here. Downright rude people. Got stuck after backing off sisters driveway to hitch up a trailer I dropped off while she was doing a re-roof. Called Allstate Roadside Service, they contracted Apollo. Apollo called me to find out the details of what was going on and at that time I requested an 'old style tow truck'. They sent a 'Roll-back' with small new cable, which the driver would not use. The driver called his office and requested the 'old style tow truck' and it came out. That driver didn't want to stretch out his cable, and decided to get closer, and he got stuck. He then called his supervisor, which came out in a four-wheel p/u truck to get the tow truck out. Which then was going to pull me out. But before doing the job they wanted me to pay another $200. for all the trouble - I told them "I don't think so! You should have listen to me to start with". They finally did the job and got me out. I wish I could give zero stars. First of all they wanted to charge me over $100 for an oil change. Then they stripped it and are now trying to blame the dealership who did my last oil change before march. I got 2 opinions from break check and firestone and both said the stripping was fresh. The staples location basically told me it was their opinion and they have to attempt to take the bolt off and things happen but they are not acknowledging nor taking responsibility for the damage. Waiting on call backs from another manager but I have a feeling no one is going to call. This place is the biggest mistake and possible the priciest mistake I have ever made. DO NOT GO TO THEM....ITS REDICULOUS! I will post a bad review every day in hopes they loose at least one customer per day and I possible save someone from a nightmare like this. read more

Like most people I do not have to use towing service often, besides this time I cant remember last time I needed one. My wife's care broke down and she was stranded about an hour away from our house. She called Apollo and they gave her an estimate and a time of arrival. They were prompt and courteous and no other charges were added to the phone estimate. BEWARE!!! these people do not care about your property. They must only care about getting paid and don't care about anything else. Just watched them total a boat trying to recover it on the beach on the island. All they had to do was make a few small changes, move 2 trucks around and recover it the right way with minimal damage. But instead the 3 guys chose to do it the easy way ripping the boat all up and putting holes in it. PLUS they ripped up the fuel system allowing a ton of gas pouring into the gulf. The smell was so thick with gas fumes you could smell it all the way down the beach! The boat was floating for more than an hour and I never smelled the smell of gas until they started pulling and tugging ripping up the boat. That is when the smell of gas became overwhelming. I feel sorry for whoever the owner is of the boat. Now he has to pay that much more to get the boat fixed. Plus the towing company will probably just bill him more for doing more damage to the boat, and not owe up to their mistake and hold themselves accountable for the damage they did and the damage they did for allowing gas to contaminate the gulf. read more
