They fixed the brake issue with new brake pads and rotors on the driver side and said they repaired the passenger side. it still makes a slight grinding sound on the passenger side. That evening my wife was driving the truck and the brake and ABS light come on. I'll take the truck back to them and they charge me $55 in addition to the $330 I paid to have the brakes fixed. The $55 charge amounted to low brake fluid and the float sticking. I have managed technicians for 35 years and would have never charged a customer the additional amount to do something that should have been checked when the initial job was done . The buyer had not registered the vehicle and the truck was towed a week after purchase. In Texas, a legal bill of sale and title transfer is all that the seller is required to have when selling a vehicle. I informed them of this and provided the buyer's information. Instead of pursuing that individual, they have asked me to give them the keys and get a replacement title so they could legally take possession of the vehicle. I informed them that I could not get a replacement, as it would be illegal at this point (since I am no longer the legal owner) and that I did not have keys because I gave them to the buyer when I sold the vehicle. Still, they continue to harass me. I am in the process of reporting them to the Attorney General of the state of Texas. I would encourage others who have been encountered with this company's shady tactics to come forward and report them as well.
