I had been instructed to pay a fee by my insurance company, and I was fully prepared to do it. Daniel took the time to actually research the situation himself and discovered that I apparently did not need to pay that fee at all. He could have easily accepted the money, but instead he refused to take it. Who does that?! When I was stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly in full panic mode, Daniel showed up, drove a long way on a holiday weekend, worked in the heat, and then went the extra step to make sure I wasn't paying something I didn't actually owe.
