I had the hair brained idea of taking my gals birthday to the next level, and at the last minute I decided to call around and see what kind of offer I could get. I started with a friends company and was woken up by how pricey it was. There must be some hidden costs I can't see. But I did end up with a decent rate from A1A limos. The driver was a nice guy, he was right on time. He helped get things set up in the back so that we were good to go and comfortable. The limo itself was close to perfect. I believe we had to have our own ice ready but they had gave me a heads up on that so we were set. We had a great night. I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.
