Finding this location has so far been great. I appreciate the staff greeting me and my child, not only just the receptionist. While we waited for a brief period of time, you could smell the cleaning products which I am always a fan of! They accommodated myself and my child fully; when he had a hard time with the normal X-ray method they opted for a different method with no problems. When Dr. Suzanne came in to do the final check on my teeth we had some light conversation which helps make the experience way more personable. She was great with my son for his check up and he had a great time here. If I could make one suggestion; something I always appreciated from our previous dental office was that they had things to entertain children while they waited for their seats. I waited over an hour and a half then finally said I have to get to work and I'll just reschedule. Fast forward to today, I get 3 reminder texts about the appointment, but still has to be rescheduled because I didn't confirm. I said if you can't see me today, I'll gladly find a new dentist. As a generally healthy human, the dental work was fine (they completed 4-5 cleanings, nothing major) but the staff always try's to upsale every experience. I have straight teeth and do not need Invisalign, a night guard, a water pick, or an even fancier toothbrush. Office hours aren't that great either.
