The staff is super friendly. Something did not resonate with me about the prognosis I received and I found another holistic practice for a second opinion. Not only was original Prognosis not fully accurate, the cost would have been 1,000% higher than I ended up paying. I think Hazen can become a great holistic dentist once she's gotten more experience under her belt.

My insurance was a "high" plan with United Concordia. My wife and I had periodic maintenance in May and June, 2024 with no issues. In October 2024 I received an email saying I had a past-due bill of approximately $90. Since I had no outstanding bills I printed the email and went to the office to check it out. I was told there had been a "price increase" that wasn't applied to the last two visits. Since it had been so long they would waive the bill since I was a "valued customer" but price increases would apply to future visits. My wife's next visit was that afternoon. Her bill was significantly higher than what had been normal but I had been told to expect that. Three days later I got an Explanation of Benefits from United Concordia. It outlined the treatment for my wife and stated that we had paid the "out of network" price. I had always been "in-network" so I called United Concordia. They said Dr. Hazen had dropped out their network on 1 May 2024. Dr. Hazen's staff didn't tell me that, just that there had been a "price increase." A few days later I got an email bill for another $80 for my wife's visit. I went in and was told they had expected a particular procedure to be paid for by insurance but wasn't. I paid the additional bill and cancelled my November appointment so I could review my dental insurance options during my upcoming open season. When open season arrived I went in to Dr. Hazen's office and asked for which companies they were "in network." They told me United Healthcare. I changed my insurance to United Healthcare and rescheduled my November appointment for January 9, 2025. When I arrived I gave the receptionist my new insurance card and said I wanted to verify I was "in network" before my appointment began. The insurance coordinator came out and spun a story about how they were in network with some United Healthcare plans - but not mine, despite what they told me earlier. That was it. I'm done with Dr. Hazen. Her business practices and customer relations are abysmal. Insurance plans seem to be some classified subject about which they won't give you a straight answer. Time to find a new dentist.

They were supposed to call me back in 3 weeks for a follow up visit, but did not call back for 6 months. I went in to give them another chance and this is when they advised me off all kinds of work I needed done, but just 6 months ago I had no issues and everything was great. The hygienist was nice and pleasant, but beware of Dr. Broche he first tries to charm you into extra work you don't need and then when that does not work he talks down to you, like he is the only educated one in the room. Then he became very RUDE when I would not agree to all the extra things he stated I needed. I found a new dentist and they advised me my teeth and bone are great.

Even though we went to him out of convenience, we are sure to definitely come back after this visit! He made us feel very welcomed and always managed to take care of us, even if we did not have an appointment. His prices are very reasonable, and do not make you feel like you are breaking the bank for menial work. The employee had to get his tooth pulled, and Dr. Duran made sure he understood the complete process before proceeding. His staff were very friendly and talked us through everything, for safety purposes. I would definitely check him out again if I need any dentistry work done. While I was here, there were other patients here who drove 2+ hours just to see Dr. Duran! Now that's how you know that he's worth it.

After a careful examination, and a review of the full set of dental X-rays, Dr. Caddell offered a second opinion: all I needed were 2 fillings, and two more which the other dentist had missed, and she promptly completed the required repairs to my full satisfaction. They offer sedation options which has been a lifesaver for big dental jobs, they accept most insurances, do payment plans (3rd party) and have wiggle room for payment. We've left and didn't pay and paid 4 days later due to a block on our card. Appointments are decently easy to get, the front waiting area and restrooms are always so clean. My only complaint if it really is one is they're ALWAYS behind. Not by like 15 mins, but by 40-to an hour. Which I'm glad they spend the extra care and time with you but it is stressful sometimes if you have other appointments etc.

I did a lot of research and there was no doubt Dr. Bowers would be THE surgeon to help me. At 71 years old, I needed to finally accept that it was both dentures and implants to address my life long dental issues. He is very thorough and explained several options to me so I could make the right decisions. Implant supported dentures are so much more reliable yet on the more expensive side yet there were financial companies that I could use to pay off the debt interest free over time. Dr. Bowers is truly the go to oral surgeon to do the right thing, and I'm so glad I did!
