On my most recent trip in, I was looking for a new cowboy hat. One of mine blew off and got stepped on by Wyatt. It left an unsightly dent on the front of the brim. The sales lady asked if I had the hat saying she might be able to reshape it.... In a manner of 5 minutes, she had it reshaped and looking almost as good as new! Even better, when I asked her how much for fixing my hat? Her reply was "Free!" It's a service they supply when you purchase hats there! What a great value!!
