I received my new club car onward about a week ago. Here is what I like. The dealership is owned by a neighbor. He is very to the point and not your typical dealership. It is a VERY relaxed low pressure atmosphere. The golf was received on a Tuesday at 3pm. I had delivered the day at noon. My red club car came to me perfect and it is the best golf cart I have driven. I got the model with the lithium battery and it is well worth it I traded in a hardly used club car in mint condition and I was shocked at the difference Bottom line. My order was taken by a non salesperson. I was told there was a golf cart coming in that had not yet been spoken for. Fine! They were going to switch out the frame color and seat color. Perfect! It was supposed to be arriving June 1st. I called in a few days after that and was told the cart was not listed yet for delivery. Ok, no problem. I call again in a week or so and I am abruptly told that they have people waiting 3 months and that I had only recently placed my order. Wow! Ok well, was someone going to call me and tell me that we had been led to inaccurate expectations? That's all it would have taken. A simple call to let us know what to actually expect. Very rude, and then he said he could just take us off the list! What????!!!!!! Just terribly unprofessional and rude and grumpy. I was just trying to follow up on my order! Calm the Ef down. I just hung up. Now I'm not sure what to do. Should I order elsewhere where they might actually appreciate my business. I'll check out the area and see. Very disappointed. read more
