Autoworx has performed a couple of repairs for me in the past and I really felt overcharged at the time. But I was in an extremely vulnerable spot, they were nice and accommodating and they did a good job - so I didn't say anything. UNTIL I called for a quote on a particular service. Daniel quoted me on the phone almost $100 OVER what Bryan Easler DEALERSHIP quoted me!! But it gets worse than that.....I was able to book an appointment with a recommended local family auto shop with all 5 stars reviews for LESS THAN HALF of what Daniel quoted me!! So now - I am CERTAIN how terribly I was overcharged. I don't know how people like this justify themselves. They will certainly never get any more of my money! And I'm here to say - there are better places, with nice people who will do good work for LESS THAN HALF!!! SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE! read more

My car was in this shop for 3 weeks for CVT repairs and sensor replacements through my warranty, and the experience was one of the most confusing and unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I was told by Daniel that my warranty only approved 1 sensor. When I called the warranty company myself, they confirmed all 3 sensors were approved. When I brought this up, the story changed several times: * First: "We replaced all 3." * Then: "Actually 4 are bad." * Then: "The tech didn't know he was supposed to do 3, so he only did 1." Every conversation with Daniel came with a different explanation, including him telling me (verbatim) that he "doesn't talk to the warranty company." That was alarming considering the amount of warranty work they were supposedly performing on my car. When I asked for clarification, Daniel quickly shut down the conversation with "I'm not here to argue with you," even though I was simply repeating the information the warranty company gave me. Then I was told I could either bring my car back or "take it somewhere else," despite them already having an active claim and already having been paid for work that wasn't actually completed. If I hadn't called the warranty company myself, I never would've known they were paid to replace 3 sensors but only replaced 1. That is not a minor mistake -- it's a major problem. Between the 3-week delay, the shifting stories, the lack of transparency, and the fact that I had to uncover the truth myself, I'm extremely disappointed in the way this shop is run. If you're getting warranty work done here, double-check everything. My experience with Daniel made it very hard to trust anything I was told. read more

I did one review in 2018 and just want to say that my opinion and respect for this business has not wavered. They are a great, local business and are fair and competitive in pricing. We still take our Toyotas (that is all we own) to them for servicing, even though we are not living in the area at the moment. Last Friday afternoon, while on vacation from Kansas City, we found that our AC wasn't working well at all. When Autoworx learned we were traveling, they managed to fit in servicing our AC at 3:00. And they were closing at 5:00 and were already quite busy! Their price was very reasonable as well. We hope not to need their services again while visiting your beautiful state, but we heartily recommend Autoworx for those in the area. read more

Friendly staff but that's about it. I called to get an estimate for an oil change and was clear I needed full synthetic which they quoted around $50 and an inspection at $15. My bill was over $111. Also, very disappointed that none of the staff wore masks or any protective gear. They were all coughing into their hands or just coughing into the air without covering their mouths at all. I chose to stand outside instead of the wait room because of how close we all were. It felt unsafe considering they were handling keys, documents, etc and touching everything in my car and I as well as other customers were wearing masks. I appreciate the kindness of the folks there, but won't be back or recommend to anyone. There's also bullet holes in the front windows of the building. Not great. read more

I waited 24 hours to cool off a little before reviewing this company: I've called this business twice and elected not to go with their services. The first time was no big deal, they gave me a quote and time frame over the phone and they just weren't the best option for me at the time. The experience was fine after being referred by a friend. The second was yesterday and it was not fine. I felt a lot of pressure from the man on the phone. He refused to give a quote over the phone saying they would have to get the car in to diagnose it. That's reasonable. Then I asked well hypothetically if you diagnose it and find that it is what I think it is, how much would you charge for that job. He repeated that again they would have to diagnose it to make sure that was what it was. I felt like he was treating me like I was stupid and I didn't appreciate it. I've worked in sales and seen shady practices. This felt like the old "Let's get the car in our garage so we can charge whatever we want and the customer will have to go through one extra layer of inconvenience to go with another company AAAAND if they do, at least we'll get a diagnostic fee...and maybe weasel a storage fee out of them. I told him I would be going with a company that will give me a quote over the phone, and that's true. I will spend more with another company that treats me with respect than a company where I feel like I'm being cheated and disrespected. I've called your company twice. Posting negative reviews today will be the last time and effort I waste on it ever again if I can help it. read more

I brought my car in for spark plugs and an AC fan they did a quality check of the car and said the AC was fine. When I got the car back the AC wasn't working. So I brought it back and was told my compressor must have gone out at the same time as the fan. How do you do a quality check and say something is working and then all the sudden it's not when the person gets their car back? I also had a hard time picking up my car because they didn't even look at it. They didn't even call to say it's not ready. Very inconvenient. If you are a female stay away!!! You will not be treated fairly. read more

These guys are great. I had two recommendations and they were right. After replacing front pads and rotors the LF front caliper locked up when I went on a trip. They stood by their work and replaced the pads and rotor at no charge, and I gladly paid for the caliper. Not too many shops would do this. Would not pass my truck for NC inspection due to cracked/broken tail lens. Chardged me 23.75 and said to get it fixed and then would re-inspect. Took it to another sevice center and they told me that Autoworx should not have failed over broken lens and they passed the truck. Had to 30.00 to have it inspected again. really good job on fixing my lifted jeep steering issues. installed the needed parts and did it timely and reasonable.

Got an alignment, rotation, and oil change here. They saw me on a Saturday afternoon with only a day's notice. The staff were all very nice. The manager talked me through everything before they did it. They gave me several options and never pressured me into services I didn't want. I will be going back here again for any auto work I need.
