Not only is their reception clearly unprofessional but the disregard by the entire team to just toss appointments around and cancels whenever if a joke. They also will listen to your concerns and just refer you to a specialist that will find out you had no issues that Aspen believed you did and charge you an extra $400 just for going. I could probably receive better dental care from the nail Salon beside them.

Dentist jammed wedges in my teeth aggressively, I had tears running down my face. Lack of care for their patients. On my second visit I was told I owed $1600 because they said they didn't take my insurance (after I asked numerous times if it was accepted). They told me at the second appointment, never tried to reach out to me before the appointment to inform me of the issue. The only good part was the assistant, she was kind and understanding. I also tried to get back in for the dentist to look at my messed up filling and was told they didn't have a hygienist. I told them I wanted the doctor to fix it, not a hygienist and they tried to send me to Bridgeport. They made me even more afraid of the dentist. Go to Morgantown Dental. They care and know what they are doing. ALSO they are willing to communicate to you and don't make you feel unhygienic for having bad teeth.

However, after receiving an x-ray and cleaning, I was unexpectedly charged $100 at checkout. When I questioned this, I was then told that my insurance was actually out-of-network. To make matters worse, a couple of months later I received an additional bill for $236 because my insurance did not cover the services due to being out-of-network. This was extremely frustrating and could have been completely avoided had I been given accurate information from the start. While I did enjoy the staff who performed my cleaning and x-ray, the overall experience was overshadowed by the misinformation and unexpected costs. I feel misled and ended up paying hundreds of dollars for services that could have been fully covered at an in-network provider. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend any Wilson Martino location in West Virginia.

My husband had to cancel his appointment last minute. It was unavoidable- he owns his own business…read moreand he doesn't always get to control his schedule. When I called to reschedule- I got a scolding from the receptionist about keeping the next appointment. Now, I don't have an issue with their policy- if he missed it again, they wouldn't reschedule. What I have a problem with is the haughty, condescending tone of this appointment keeper. She had no idea why we cancelled and she could have explained the policy in a polite manner. I probably wouldn't be quite as irritated by the exchange if i thought for one second this doctor has never cancelled a patient appointment and has never made a patient wait. It goes both ways - the patient's time is just as important as the doctor's. Get rid of the holier than thou attitide and be a better representative for your boss. Update - after I wrote this, my husband told me he called back because he was so ticked by the interaction. This unprofessional person had the nerve to tell him I was rude to her. He told her she was a f-ing liar because he was sitting right next to me. I also looked at previous reviews and comments and it seems this person needs to get out of customer service. I'm also glad we didn't proceed because it looks like from other comments that the receptionist is getting customer service training from the doctor. Look at other rating platforms too- avoid this place! We also told the dentist who referred us.

Her staff was highly professional, friendly and skilled. Dr. Donaldson not only was able to repair my tooth, but she explained in detail what she was doing and what I could expect. She was amazing helpful, caring and reassuring. Subsequently, I've had no problems at all. I highly recommend this practice! 5 stars all the way.
