I only found out when a technician showed up to spray my yard and I said -- what are you doing here? Here's the kicker: when Chris and his team came out later they told me there was no evidence of a raccoon in my house. Only mice. The entire contract was built on a lie told to a frightened woman. What followed was months of chargeback battles, collections threats, and coordinated internal emails designed to silence my dispute.
