The first time it exercised it was fine. The second time it gave me a fuel fault and after restating it with the help of Generac I had a larger gas meter installed. On May 24 it faulted again with the same code. I called this company and they couldn't help with service because the only tech was off with persona reasons. tell me when it would be serviced. A week later a girl from the company called me and said she had no idea when they could get out here to fix the problem ! I have called a new service company. They will be out on the 6th of this month to repair the issue and take over servicing my unit. This company is USELESS after the sale.

He opened up back of machine and immediately noticed a couple of issues, then quoted repair costs. So I naturally decided not to repair but replace, after he thoroughly explained everything to me, then got everything back together so I can use it until I can arrange for a replacement. They charged me $500 for a part that was supposedly bad, then they wanted to charge me $1500 to "braze on the new part, drain and refill the system". Three guys were there for 3 hours, AND THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. So I said no and wanted a second opinion. The new service guy (just one) fixed it in less than a hour and charged $250. They are incompetent or scam artists, or both. Use at your own risk, or wallet size.
