After the first attempt, my daughter called me to ask if it was okay because the owner, who had difficulty communicating in English, wanted to run the card again. When I entered the store, instead of explaining what was happening, the owner became defensive, rude, and disrespectful. Even worse, he blamed my daughter after attempting to run her debit card a second and third time without clearly obtaining her approval. This experience was completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and should never feel pressured or blamed when there is an issue processing a payment. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere and being cautious if you choose to do business here. I will also be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs regarding this incident.

As I browsed through the aisles, I had some trouble reaching something on a higher shelf, and without me even having to ask, he noticed and came over to assist. A few minutes later, I noticed an elderly man struggling with his cart, and once again, this kind boy stepped in immediately -- with no hesitation and no need for recognition.
