So I ask Siri who sells balloons near me and she comes back with Balloonitude. What a find! I walked in and I'm met with adorable balloon displays, smiles and "how can we help you?" from the owners. I explain I'm looking for a fish shaped balloon and am offered Nemo, a dolphin, a whale, all neatly catalogued. I explain Nemo would be okay, but what I'm really hoping to find is a goldfish. A short search reveals a lack of goldfish in shiny Mylar. But because Balloonitude is awesome, the owner twists up a custom fish balloon-animal-style. It's cute, and it's perfect. Unfortunately, one of the color balloons that I purchased didn't meet the description that was displayed online. I was informed by John (one of the employees) that he would speak to the manager the following day to see if anything could be done. A follow up call was made the next day and I was told that there was nothing that could be done due to covid. The manager proceeded to say, "Well, at least you didn't spend a lot of money on the balloons." Regardless of what was spent, it was money spent out of my pocket for something I didn't want and couldn't use. I could see if I was seeking a refund, but a simple exchange couldn't honored? NEVER AGAIN! Don't make the same mistake I made. There are other suppliers out there that will treat you better.
