The 6 hour training was super long winded and not helpful when using this tedious system. You literally have to confirm 3 times just to get a receipt printed. Once to confirm payment, once to print labels, and again for the receipt. Why is it so complicated!?

The foreign gentleman who owns the firm lawyers up like any clearly guilty party would instead of processing the integrity to back his contract.
