    While traveling to SC, my ManBaby needed an adapter for his MacBook. The ordering/payment from my iPhone & pick up was quite easy. My order confirmation provided me with a barcode, I saved it to my Apple Wallet & we were was ready to go. Luna met us when we walked in, showed her the barcode, she scanned & guided us to the Adapters section...an efficient process. We spent a few more minutes with Luna hearing about other products & services as she was very knowledgeable. This location is an exterior store at Augusta Mall.

    What an awesome customer experience at this Apple store! The Apple associates helped kindly with the set-up and explanation of how the innovative and stunning Apple Watch Series 3 worked. It made me comfortable buying my first Apple watch. The Apple associate Dakota was informative and friendly to show me and explain products without being pushy to sell. It was easy to park on the shopping parking lot.

Helping the 9 other customers are. I see you know how to service more than being a door man based on the previous reviews about you. You need to be fired. Your attitude towards people who spend money here needs to be rectified. If it wasn't for Louie stepping in and helping me with a simple question, overriding you in you telling him not to answer my question I would've went to Tmobile immediately. You would've lost 2 customers that day. ON TOP OF US BEING MILITARY. This is absurd. Louis was very well-versed and and articulated the whole entire upgrade so well I was able to actually want to even buy the phone bc I just came from Waynesboro location ready to close my account with the poor service. You need to make Louie manager already. At this point you're doing the company and location a disservice keeping this man in a position he makes a joke of. On camera. I would've added 0 zero stars for Dave and 5 stars if I only was handled by Louie throughout the process.

    I'd give a zero if it was possible, got lured into trying a free trial of the home internet. Got…read morethe equipment relatively quickly, setup and figured out it did not meet my telecommuting needs and called to cancel the day after getting equipment. support person on the phone said the account was cancelled and emailed me a shipping label to return equipment. Mailed everything back tracking shows it was delivered in Texas and received by Tmobile. About a month later I get charged a $50 monthly charge, I call support and another person tells me the a ccount is cancelled and I'll be refunded the $50 that was accidentally charged. now several months later I get a collections notice saying I owe $87. after calling collections and no help from phone support at Tmobile I am instructed to drive to a physical store the kind in store rep. selfies my ID and has to call the Tmobile mothership for help, then puts me on the phone with another person who can't help at all and says they've put it in the system and I should get an email within 2 weeks but is completely unable to give me any documentation of the phone discussion at the time of this in store phone call. I am still waiting for any kind of update. i recommend running the other direction when it comes to Tmobile, I'm happy to update this when the issue is resolved, but I'm not optimistic based on experience so far.

I really wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, but it really doesn't make sense and she talked me out of it. I also had an Apple Watch well three of them that were connected to an old phone and the wrong watch and I needed it reconnected to a new phone. She spent all the time with me that I needed to get out working she made sure it was working took her time we chatted. She was absolutely brilliant and had other people waiting but she took her time and worked with me. She was great thank you Michaela. It was great working with you.

She was very diligent and even worked after hours to resolve any further issues. She has the natural ability to understand and feel what her customers are experiencing, and she is able to meet their needs effectively. I really do appreciate how hard working and determined she is to make sure that the clients are taken care of. She was also assisted by Quentin who helped in transferring phone plans. He was also very thorough and helped out with all our needs and concerns. Highly recommend this location out of all the ones located in Augusta.

    My phone shattered front and back by a car running over it. Luckily I was able to use a temporary…read morephone until I got home to Augusta get it repaired. I used another local company before but decided to try elsewhere because after the last repair my old phone continued to heat up where I couldn't use it anymore and had to upgrade. I used CPR cell repair many years ago but their prices were slightly higher than the competition that's why I didn't return to be honest. Well I learned my lesson - sometimes you should pay a little more for quality service that can be guaranteed vs going the cheap route. I came across an employee named Matt and he was very knowledgeable and honest. The reason I say this is because when I brought my phone in, I wasn't even sure it worked and he pointed that out to me. He was right - no reason to fix a phone screen if it isn't going to turn on after repairs. He asked if he could diagnose it and there wouldn't be a charge - I appreciated that! He then determined it was able to charge and turn on but there the camera - front and back couldn't be used unless repaired. I mostly wanted the screen phone repaired because of the hundreds of passwords saved that I no longer had access too. I decided to just fix the front and he fixed it while I waited in their lobby. He returned with a pristine repaired front screen and he even put some tape on the back to make sure all the glass from the breakage of the phone didn't cut me. Thank you for employing honest employees who are knowledgeable as that gained you a loyal customer. Keep up the good work! They also had a good selection of cell phone cases and covers and sell used/older phones if you find yourself in a situation where your phone isn't repairable.

    My nightmare began with a screen replacement on May 26. Immediately after the repair, the…read morereplacement screen was hypersensitive, glitching, and clearly malfunctioning. I also noticed a very small chip along the side of the screen and returned to the store that same day. Instead of addressing the defective repair, the technician claimed the screen issues were somehow my fault. He then proceeded to press firmly on the exact location of the tiny chip, causing the screen to spiderweb and crack further right in front of me. The damage visibly worsened due to his actions. When I returned to speak with the manager, he grudgingly agreed to replace the screen for an additional $100--but only if I removed my negative review. Reluctantly, I removed the review, paid the money, and had the screen and protector replaced *Just HOURS later, the screen went completely black* I immediately returned to the store, where I was told the issue was caused by liquid damage. That explanation was impossible--the phone had not gotten wet or been exposed to liquid in any way during the few hours since the repair. After considerable back-and-forth, the manager finally agreed to repair the screen again. Now, *just FIVE DAYS* after that replacement screen was installed, the phone is once again completely black and non-functional. At this point, there is a clear pattern of failed repairs. Most concerning was being pressured to remove a negative review in exchange for a partial remedy to a problem that should never have occurred in the first place, so I will NOT be removing this review. I will be taking my phone elsewhere for repair, and I will be escalating this matter to CPR Corporate and any other appropriate consumer channels.
