Totally ripped off, avoid this place! They claimed my led screen was damaged from getting about wet by my sink for about a second. The screen would come up. The lady was latargic and rude when I called, she said if she could fix it $100 , $60 if they couldn't, well I was charged over $100 dollars or my phone would be held hostage. The phone was badly damaged and full of glue, she destroyed my screen which want come on. And the childish lady, loaded my clock alarm to come on all times of night and day, as a prank. And my screen never came back up after getting my phone back. . She was very unprofessional and said their phones stopped working only text, when I came in she said ,oh your the one who had me on the phone. I called this place based on reviews and told them my problem with my mother's TV. They said it could be 1 of 2 problems and they had the part in stock. Took it in the same day. We then waited SIX weeks to be told the part they ordered on back order did not work and the panel malfunctioned and could not be fixed. They said we owed them $60!!!!! (with free recycling). I need a Gadget Clinic wherever I go! My screen was acting funny again and from the outside, nothing looked wrong but the sensitivity was definitely funky. I waited weeks until I finally couldn't even swipe right to open the phone up and luckily by then, I was home from Texas. It turned out my phone had some liquid damage and it wasn't obvious from the outside. They swapped it out for me and covered it under warranty instead of having me buy another $100 screen. Most people would have charged the money and not thought twice about it but this place really sees the customers as more than $$. There is an added bonus of seeing the adorable shop dogs as well. And for those who can't wait to get their tv or phone back, there's always a SNES hooked up so you can bide your time on a go kart with Princess Peach. Need your screen fixed in about 30 minutes? Then this your place to get it!! I cracked my 7 Plus screen at work and needed a replacement before any other damage could occur. The cost was about $120-$10 off for a Yelp check-in. A bit steep for my own thinking, but while calling other places I figured out it was about the same price or $10-$20 more. They conduct a thorough check when you give them your device then another check after you receive it to make sure everything works fine. They have a video game system for those who chose to stay and wait on their device to be fixed which is really cool. I had a great visit and would definitely return if something happened to one of my devices again. However, I do recommend getting good cases and a tempered glass to protect your device so that you won't have to spend so much for a broken screen! read more

I came in to get the screen on my iPhone X fixed. After they checked me in and tested my phone I found out my tempered glass screen was the only thing that was damaged. Which is super great news because I ended up saving about 150 dollars! They ended up replacing the tempered glass for only $19.99 and installed it for me. This place is great and fast. I recently cracked my iphone and wanted to upgrade to a new phone, but they wanted my previous phone to be in good condition. To have another phone sent via my insurance it would have cost me hundreds, so I called around and Gadget Clinic quoted me a great price. It was lower than what the insurance company wanted me to pay. I dropped my phone off for about 30 minutes and ran to Target. I came back and it was ready and looking like a brand new device. I had a 55 inches TV that need a coaxial cable antenna connector replaced. The staff behave as if the coaxial cable antenna connector was a something from the 1950's, like they did not know what it was.... After waiting for a call for about 3 weeks I called them to check on the status of repairs...the repair guys says the TV has been ready but they did not know how to test whether the coaxial connecter worked, so I asked so how do you know the repairs are complete? He responds I do not know, can I bring in a coaxial cable...I get to the store, they have nothing to test the TV....and while there I find out the repairs were not complete because the TV would not turn on.... so repair guy had to take TV back to finish the repairs...which tell me that he never turned the TV on to even check it's function....poor customer service...BE WARE....POOR SERVICE, NO CONFIDENCE THAT MY TV WILL EVEN WORK OR THAT I WAS GIVEN QUALITY SERVICE...I KNOW I DID NOT GET QUALITY SERVICE...the only useful information is the front desk girl kept saying "IF IT DOESN'T WORK YOU HAVE A YEAR WARRANTY".... WTF!!!! AND with all of that my TV screen was scratched....never again. read more

This place was the WORST EVER!! Terrible, rude customer service on 5 separate occasions. When I dropped off my device I explained that I was on a short timeline & wanted to order a replacement if it couldn't be repaired. They said that they couldn't even tell me when my device would be looked at, but could only proved the date it would be ready. I was given a receipt that promised the date my device was to be ready. When I called on the date specified to confirm that it was ready to pick up, I was told they hadn't looked at it yet & they weren't sure when it would be. I had to remind them of their deadline specified on the receipt they provided & insist that they honor their guarantee. Very hesitantly, they agreed that they would try to repair it & would contact me if they had it ready by that day. They called me a short time later & said that they weren't able to repair it because there was a piece missing. (I had disassembled the device myself to replace the battery & had it working afterward but was too rough & broke a solder when closing everything, which is why I took it in for repair, so I knew exactly what it looked like when working & knew without a doubt that all pieces were present and intact except for the repair that I specified it needed when I dropped it off.) When I picked it up I learned that rather than making the one solder that was needed to reattach two small pieces, they damaged it worse, breaking off the two more pieces. To make it worse they had the audacity to blame the damage on me, saying that there was a piece missing. The piece they claimed was missing doesn't even exist on my device! When I explained that to them. They rudely told me that they were the experts & I didn't know what I was talking about. Rather than argue with them, I simply told them I would be posting a review & left the business. They made no attempt to apologize, no offer to repair it properly (without charge), or otherwise make it right. I had the pleasure of doing business with these lovely ladies today. I have an iPhone 5c with a shattered screen. I've been procrastinating having it repaired, but I live very close to this shop and pass by it daily, so today I decided to call. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly, and surprised me by saying that if I brought by phone in today, they could have it ready in about 15 minutes (On New Years Eve!!!). When I got there, they were even more friendly and helpful in person. The shop is beautifully done, (Check out their countertop- It's a must-see and the owner did it herself!!!), very bright and well-lit, and they are just the right mix of professional and welcoming. The lady that gave me the generous estimate of 15 minutes for fixing my shattered screen (she also happens to be the talented countertop maker) actually had it done in about 5 minutes!!! I really can't say enough nice things about this place! My experience was great, the ladies were great, the shop was great. My only regret was that I procrastinated so long in calling them. I definitely will be a repeat customer, as I am very accident-prone, and they also fix cracked tablet, iPod, and laptop screens...all of which I have...lol.
