Two of my experiences - Parts he ordered were correct but delivered to him were not correct hence i had to stay litlle longer he apologized to me even though it was not his fault. Always quite busy - if the fix is going to take a few hours, they might not be able to squeeze you in today or tomorrow. 3. Run entirely by the (very adept) mechanics - if you call and get no response, it's because everyone is working away on something. The space is modern and clean, and they have a waiting area that is roomy, bright, clean and comfortable. They have a large number of bays (some around back) so it is usually a busy place, but I have found them to be prompt and good at keeping their promises about when something will be ready. Unlike some of the mass marketers and chain stores, I have found the folks at Miller to not only take care in doing their work, but also taking the time to explain your options and choices, or why they are doing things a certain way. I had a balance problem that nobody else bothered to explain to me. Miller not only did the job right, but explained to me what the problem was and how it happened. You have to like that. A special shout-out to Merv Jack, who is one of the nicest guys around and has a real knack for customer service. Miller is where I will be buying tires from now on.

They wanted to save me money so they welded the holes in the catalytic converter and replaced a piece of pipe. I knew the converter was bad because I had an error read by someone else and that's what it was. $500+ dollars. A few days later, the engine light came on again. I went back to them and they did a reading, which showed I needed a CONVERTER! They wanted to charge me another 1,300....NO! You already cost me $340 in labour to NOT fix my problem. Not Happy and won't go back!
