The space is modern and clean, and they have a waiting area that is roomy, bright, clean and comfortable. They have a large number of bays (some around back) so it is usually a busy place, but I have found them to be prompt and good at keeping their promises about when something will be ready. Unlike some of the mass marketers and chain stores, I have found the folks at Miller to not only take care in doing their work, but also taking the time to explain your options and choices, or why they are doing things a certain way. I had a balance problem that nobody else bothered to explain to me. Miller not only did the job right, but explained to me what the problem was and how it happened. You have to like that. A special shout-out to Merv Jack, who is one of the nicest guys around and has a real knack for customer service. Miller is where I will be buying tires from now on.

I pulled up and wandered toward the back as it's not clear where customers should head to, but the assistant met me and showed me some snow tires they had in the back. He was so pleasant to me and took the time to show me a few decent ones. The two I liked, the assistant told me I'd probably be charged $40 a tire. Okay, that's fine. He took a couple of tires to the office and the man inside quoted him $50 a tire. So I said, no, I'll look for an older set. So we went back out and I found a set that were slightly worn down; they probably had a year left, maybe two. The assistant brought them to the office where the owner quoted $50 again. The assistant came out and told me the price, then told me the owner was now refusing the sell winter tires cheaper than $50 because he just wanted to get out of there early. What a waste of time going there, and poor customer service from the owner. I was a first time customer, and you've lost a potential repeat customer. I went to Ultra Tire where I found a set for $35. There's no price gouging at Ultra.

I've done that on a couple of occasions when I had bought some piece on 'spec' that it would fit, but didn't - they honoured their pledge: No questions asked! Now their stores are in many larger Canadian cities and I look for them and spend my free time there when the wife is doing her thing at some girly store - Actually, she sometimes likes to browse there too.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago with Speedy for a chip in my windshield. The day of the…read moreappointment a woman at the shop called me to tell me that it was too cold to do the appointment outside and they could reschedule or I could bring it in instead.. After a quick chat, and explaining to her that I was at work and couldn't bring it in but I was also heading to NB and really wanted this fixed before I left, she said she'd send someone to pick up my car. I was skeptical but less than 10 minutes later the Service Manager arrived at my office to pick -up my car. He took my car away, fixed the crack, and brought it back to me within 90 minutes. Once he arrived he showed me the work, explained everything he did to fix it, we signed the paperwork and he let me know about the lifetime warranty. He left his card in case I had any questions and told me not to hesitate to call. It was SO easy and SO quick that I will be recommending Speedy Glass to EVERYONE I know. I was pleasantly surprised to learn Speedy Auto Glass also replaces household windows and glass…read more Since they are not very far from me, I took down my large kitchen window, which had the bottom rim pulled out, my curio glass door and my small bedroom window which was broken. I was so excited to learn they could do all the repairs for me at a fraction of the costs from my windows company. I called a few other companies to see how much their costs were but Speedy Auto Glass not only beat the other prices but they did it so quickly. My big window was repaired the next morning, the curio glass was repaired after that AND it was only $15 with tax to fix. The small bedroom window is on order and it won't cost me very much for Speedy Auto Glass to put in the new glass and repair it for me. I am to happy and amazed that I found the perfect place with very friendly and helpful service personal along with VERY cheap reasonable prices for all my window repairs.
