And we have been going there for years to support a local family business and even bought our honey there. Just ask around the local car clubs there have been lots of issues with Clear View Glass, never again.

We called them up first thing on the Friday morning, drove straight to them and they taped up the window and cleared up the glass no problem. We didn't have time to order / get the pane installed but because it was a break in they didn't charge for their time / materials. Very kind of them and very much appreciated!!! I realized what happened a couple days later. Contacted ICBC and they sent a file to Fix. They contacted me a few days later to set an evidentiary appointment for photos etc. I was in there a month later, with a curtesy car and my vehicle was fixed like new three days later early! Excellent customer service and communication. They also detailed my Jeep. Very happy with them. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do it'll be them. FYI - the guilty party still has not come forward and I had to pay my own deductible - that's the only downfall of this experience.
