The movers were all friendly and introduced themselves to us, which helped us feel safe, especially with our kids around. They worked quickly, padded everything well, and worked to get our things into our new home where we wanted them, despite some challenging home angles to work around. Moving is a stressful event, but Lloyd's Transfer & Storage helped ease some of the burden. We'd like to thank Richard W., Aaron G., Trent R., Jeremy, Hunter F., and Tia A. for all their hard work. We hope to not have to move again for a long time, but I would be happy to use them again if needed.

As I stated I needed to start moving in my new place and wanted to make sure I went through as much as possible totes/boxes I could so I separated what needed to stay and what needed to go back to VA. And I contacted the person (Steve) who helped me out (not you) during this time so we could see when it would be a good time for both of us. As we all have lives and not just around fanning ourselves apparently what you do all day. So yeah I still have several empty totes that needed to be taken back to VA. So stop with your arrogance as if I'm trying to get over on you. I'm a veteran so I paid my dues and worked for everything I ever had! And I showed you my entire house as you said on FaceTime I had a lot. I have it recorded so stop your madness. Take accountability that you messed this entire move up and wasted everyone's time! Questions she had the answers. The day of moving came and the crew were so professional, energetic, and thorough. I was so fortunate to have the same crew leader to unpack me in Colorado. Again they were so professional and unbelievably fast paced. Yet he had time to fix a broken leg on my Secretary. They took much of the packing material with them. A cute story while unpacking came across a bag of potato chips and thinking they would be in crumbs opened the bag and voila not a potato chip was broken, hard to imagine such great packing! My last move (575463) occurred on March 16th and the crew was terrific. We packed the van in Northern VA in the morning and got everything into my new home near Harrisonburg in the early afternoon, all while dodging raindrops and winds. The price for the move was reasonable and they even sent me a small refund of the prepaid estimate.

Unfortunately, the packing and moving experience was the worst I've ever had. This was my fifth international move, and I have never experienced anything like this. It seemed as though the movers simply threw items into boxes with little or no care. Nearly every other box contained something broken. Many items were bent out of shape, damaged beyond repair, or carelessly packed. I've had to throw away far more than I ever expected. International moves require experience and attention to detail, and that was completely lacking here. Cathy provided excellent customer service, but the movers did an extremely poor job. I cannot recommend Able Moving based on my experience.
