I had spent literally thousands of dollars in Invisalign and gum treatments without complaint. And yet, over an inconsequential amount, I was treated rudely. After paying the bill, I told the office I would be looking for other care. They continued to text, attempting to schedule appointments. In fact, I just got one recently. My wife and I are new to the area so we are looking for a new dentist, and because of the wait, I knew Dr. Rubinchik was not going to be our guy. When he finally saw me, I said I wanted to skip the X-rays and just get a cleaning since I'll likely be going to another dentist in the future. He said he wouldn't do that. So I put the X-ray shield back on and said I was willing to get an X-ray.
