I came to Mady dental on a recommendation of a friend and boy was I happy that I did!!! The staff is very pleasant and attentive, and was extremely concerned with my comfort each of the 2 times I was there so far! The first time I went kind of on an emergency that I had a bad toothache and they fit me in right away! I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and I also never had to guess about what was happening. I was told during my xrays how many more I would be getting, and also during a cleaning I was made aware of the process so I knew how much longer it would take. I never had to sit there wondering. They basically told me exactly what would be done, when and how! Dr. Mady is very thorough and explained everything that was happening in my mouth and why. I actually know a lot more about dentistry and my mouth since these visits, and have a lot more respect for dentists in general! I had a loose filling that had to be replaced, and Dr. Mady was not only concerned with how I was feeling during the process, but he took the time to make sure the new filling was comfortable. Dr. Mady also checked up on me the next day to make sure the discomfort I was feeling before visiting him was gone, and my bite still felt good. I will Absolutely be staying with Mady Dental for a LONG TIME!!! I LOVED my experiences there and can not say enough good things about them! This self proclaimed, 100% certified dental chicken had the BEST dental visit with Dr. Mady. The entire office staff is warm and welcoming and they all have a calming vibe making the biggest scaredy cat chicken calm and at ease. Darya, who assisted Dr. Mady was friendly, relaxing, knowledgeable and simply lovely to work with. Lauri, was extremely knowledgeable regarding insurance and even came to ask how I was doing during my procedure. She, too, was super friendly and engaging and had a dynamic warm personality. Dr. Mady was calming and super nice. He listened to my concerns without rushing me, acknowledged my chicken dental phobias and was reassuring. Before I knew it, he had me joking and laughing. He asked me if I was ready for some "dental fun" which clearly is an oxymoron if I'd ever heard one. I have to say by the end of the visit Dr. Mady and his staff made me believe that perhaps "dental fun" is real and maybe it takes a fabulous dental team to cure a lifelong dental chicken. I've never stayed with any dentist for more than a year because I was never fully comfortable with any that I had visited. I've finally found the right fit for me! Once I walked into this office I was greeted right away by the friendly receptionists in the front. Then I was introduced to the hygienist Melanie, who took her time to understand my concerns and needs. She took her time to address any question I had (I had lots!) and was very gentle handling me with care. She was very genuine and walked me through step by step each time we were going to do any new procedure during my check up. Then I finally got to meet the dentist Dr. Mady who was very professional, patient and explained my results clearly. He also addressed any concern and made sure that I didn't leave without completing the first step to get me set up with Invisalign ! Thank you to the entire staff there! Dr. Mady and Staff are caring, sincerely compassionate and understanding to those people like someone I know "me" who is scared of dental appointments or anything to do with one! He called me at home over the weekend to discuss my fears and reassure me what he would do on the appointment that I needed to make for a problem tooth I was dealing with. He was calm and caring, and very clear about what the plan was. Dr. Mady is skilled, and I never left there with any pain. His staff are amazing. The women are wonderful and comforting if you are nervous about anything. I would recommend Dr. Mady to anyone and everyone! I cannot praise him enough! After spending over 30 minutes entering online data required using their New Patient web form, I arrived at the office only to find that it wasn't received! After being seated in the dentist chair, I was expressing my displeasure with the dental tech and she basically couldn't care less. I left the office furious and eventually contacted the office manager Casey. He admitted that the New Patient WASN'T working (not s**t) and would have the tech team look into this. Dr. Mady did contact me to understand what happened, however I will NEVER go back. If you are looking for proper CUSTOMER SERVICE, I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I have had the pleasure of visiting Mady Dental over the past six months. The office is well organized and friendly with the most professional and caring support staff. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was Lucia. She is an expert in what she does and I can honestly say, I had one of the best cleanings I have had in a very long time. I have been a patient of Mady Dental for over 25 years and I love them. I adore the Staff, they are very friendly and courteous. It is easy to schedule an appointment and they send TXT / Email reminders before and day of your appointment so you cant forget... I started going here because I haven't gone to the dentist in years and my gums were in pretty bad shape. Ebi has helped me so much with her knowledge and putting me on a good cleaning schedule. It's only been 3 months and my gums have made major improvement! She always is patient and leaves me teeth feeling super fresh. The staff is always super nice and warm. Great Dentist! Friendly and helpful staff. Very proactive in helping their clients and making them feel comfortable. Two people asked if I wanted to put the tv on while having to wait a short time. They checked my insurance coverage right away for me (as I had questions about it) as I sat in the chair. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and cared for... I think that is really important. This is about the best dental office I think I have ever been to yet. All of the staff are supper wonderfull, Tatiana and Lucia are great dental hygienist and take care of you.
