When I tried to clarify the bill, since it came as a surprise, I was met with indifference and attitude by the desk staff. Apparently it was for several months prior. Mind you, I pay bills on time and had been in the office several times during the period between the service and the bill. I had spent literally thousands of dollars in Invisalign and gum treatments without complaint. And yet, over an inconsequential amount, I was treated rudely. After paying the bill, I told the office I would be looking for other care. They continued to text, attempting to schedule appointments. In fact, I just got one recently. My wife and I are new to the area so we are looking for a new dentist, and because of the wait, I knew Dr. Rubinchik was not going to be our guy. When he finally saw me, I said I wanted to skip the X-rays and just get a cleaning since I'll likely be going to another dentist in the future. He said he wouldn't do that. So I put the X-ray shield back on and said I was willing to get an X-ray. Even though I just tried to be as polite as possible despite my obvious frustration at this point, he angrily told me he didn't like my attitude and refused to service me at all. Everything from start to finish was done in highly professional manner. At the end Dr. Buchmann did his check up. As usual, it was done with a smile and pain free. Thank you for a great service.
