They told me 45 minutes to an hour at 1:45 And then about I wanna say 1520 minutes into them having my phone , they stated they didn't have all the parts to work on it and that they would have to go get some parts. They left at 2 o'clock and did not arrive back until 3:45 , then got to working on the phone after 2 whole hours of me just waiting they stated that it wasn't just a screen anymore and it was the battery as well and that they would fix it free of charge for the wait of 2 hours just for them to get back and work on my phone not including the time it took him to work on my phone as well and now my phone still doesn't work , then to top it off yesterday who ever worked on my phone said after they replaced the screen something about my screen maybe not be 100% right and that they would replace it for free if I came back up there with more time . all around, I would not recommend them currently trying to get a dispute through my bank now. My phone currently won't charge stays powering off and restarting itself. Update : phone turned on and did a diagnostics on itself and it says the battery is not a genuine Apple part and it's not registering right with the phone , so I'm glad I didn't pay for something for it not to work.
