Once inside, you'll find a very impressive coffee bar and extensive cold drink selection such as cold brew teas. Next to the coffee is a fresh assortment of donuts and pastries. You'll find numerous cold doors of cold drinks , an ATM and the ever present weenie rollers, but no iced down trough of beer singles. They have an extensive menu on their fresh kitchen or you can just grab and go with one of their hot items. Lots of candy on display including a large display of jerky. Along with the convenience store there is a Taqueria and a liquor store immediately next-door. And just a stones throw away from the convenient store sits the whiskey girls saloon. The convenience store has about 25 cold doors of drinks, some fresh donuts and most of the necessities convenience stores carry. The convenience store itself is about 25' x 50' which is smaller than your average newly built Quiktrip. They have plenty of ice, firewood and they do sell propane tanks.

This Exxon gas station sits along a precarious stretch of 290 as you're passing through Manor…read morenearing the tollway. I'm a fan of Exxon's quality fuel, but the prices here are fairly high. At least they do have a rewards program and Walmart customers can save on gas as well. This gas station is partnered up with an independent convenience store with two food trucks on the property. It's your basic run-of-the-mill convenience store, but it does have some gaming machines, ATM and an iced down beer trough, but no propane tanks to rent. I have included some informative photos.

A Hispanic woman sees her and runs to the manager to say there's a man in the women's restroom. She then comes out, provides a valid driver license that says she is female. She also proceeds to buy gas and an item for me, in turn the manager refuses to provide service. She was not irrate or belligerent. I always come here. I will make this type of discrimination public. I will request camera footage as well. Judging a book by it character in 2026 is absurd!!!!!

So when I heard H-E-B was opening in Manor? ELATED doesn't even begin to cover it. And let me tell you--it did not disappoint. This store is HUGE. Like, take your time and wander a bit because there are so many options kind of huge. The variety alone had me stopping mid-aisle more than once... and the frozen pizza section?? WOWZERS. I didn't even know there were that many choices in existence. But what really makes it feel like my HEB is the people. Everyone is so friendly in that genuine, "hey neighbor, how you doing?" kind of way. And yes, HEB is known for that--but it just hits a little different out here. Is there a BBQ spot inside like some of the bigger locations? No. Do I care? Also no. I would much rather make the easy drive to Manor, shop in peace, and actually enjoy my grocery run than deal with the chaos of heading deeper into Austin. This store has officially earned its place in my regular rotation, and I'm genuinely excited about something as simple as grocery shopping again--which says a lot. Manor, you did GOOD with this one.

So buckle up this review will be biased. I found myself in Manor this weekend and decided to stop by their shiny new HEB to see what they had to offer. I was hoping to find the HEB Brand Store mystery keychains. No luck there, but I did see last years sold out HEB Shopping cart ornament. (photo evidence attached) The store sits right off Highway 290 in a new and growing shopping center. There is plenty of parking and several electric carts available for anyone who needs mobility support. Since the store is new, everything is clean, organized, and fully stocked. The employees were warm and quick to help, especially if you are wandering around lost like me. My only real critique is that the HEB app is not quite up to date yet. That might be because the store is new or because some of the frequently purchased items have been moved to end caps instead of the aisles for the holidays. All in all, it was a pleasant shopping trip. I live too far away to make this my regular store, but it was a treat to stop by while I was in the area.
