Don't buy from here! They mark vehicles as certified but they don't actually follow Ford standards. We have bald tires and they refuse to replace them so they can save a buck even though they made $40+k off of us. I've been a customer of Apple Ford Lincoln's sales and service department for three years now I've had good experiences and some hiccups, but today really sent me over the edge. I also feel like I've written a negative review for this location and when I came into edit it just now there is no review. I will recount a few past experiences with this location and then talk about me negative experience from my recent service. 2017 went to purchase a Truck. I worked with a young cocky sales kid named Jake. The dealership works off predatory sales tactics such as "well how much do you want your monthly payment to be?" Instead of hey here is how much the vehicle is going to cost. The dealership advertises a price on their website I think called the "apple ford price" which is the lowest price with every discount applied to the car including financing with Ford Motor Credit at a high rate. I wen't in twice offering to pay two separate vehicles off in cash for the "apple ford price" and was told no, if I wanted to pay in all cash I would have to pay 9K more for the. Vehicle. Any way I walked out on Jake, I would never buy a vehicle from him. A few years later I was in a bind of leaving the country on short notice and had to buy my wife a vehicle in 36 hours. Since Apple Ford is in our neighborhood and I'm partial to the ford brand I decided to but there. Once again I walked in offering to pay cash in full for the lowest price offered on the website and again was asked to pay about 5K more if paying in cash. I ended up buying a used vehicle and paid in cash. The dealership failed to disclose that the vehicle had a loose or not functional seal on the roof causing rain water to enter the interior. Yes it was obvious and yes they obviously cleaned the interior of the vehicle where the water entering was staining. My first issue with service department was when I went to pick my less than 1 year old truck up from service and I watch the porter get out and he is smoking a cigarette. I get in my truck and it stunk of cigarette smoke. I immediately went to the manager and complained. He went and spoke to him and came back and told me the porter just lit the cigarette as he was exiting the vehicle. I'm not a smoker and I asked the manager if he is a smoker and he told me no. I asked him to get in the vehicle and tell me if it smells like someone was smoking in the truck he said it does and offered a free car shampoo which I never went back for. In October 2020, I had my 2014 F-150 in for it's scheduled oil change. They told me my battery was going bad so I had them replace it with one that had a full 60 month warranty (not prorated). About a year later, they again tell me that my battery is going bad and should be replaced. I told them it was under warranty and to replace it. About 15 minutes later they said that they retested it and it is fine. Last week I had my oil changed again and you guessed it....My battery needs to be replaced. I tell them this is the 2nd time it tested bad and its under warranty so replaced it. They couldn't do it because the "warranty machine" is tied up all day and to bring it back again today. Of course, by some miracle, my battery is fine! Now I'm told they have a hand held machine that is testing my battery as being bad but, the "big" machine that they have to test with for warranty work says its good. Any way you look at it, this is a scam. They sell you a battery based off of one set of test results but if they have to pay for it, they have a whole different test which says all is fine! Now I'm wondering if I even needed a new battery back in 2020! read more

I was extremely impressed with the customer service from EVERYONE at this location, and the team going above & beyond. Additionally, the customer areas were very clean and neat, & they have a comfortable lounge (with WiFi!) to wait in. I went in to get a key fob programmed & find out the factory code to reset the door lock(bought the car used). From my first contact with the person answering my initial call to my service by Moe & the parts department to the follow up call from a manager checking on how things went after my visit, everyone was extremely courteous & professional. Moe saw that my key fob just needed a new battery, so he changed it himself. While they were running the program to get the door code, he asked if I wanted them to do a courtesy check on the vehicle, since I mentioned that I'm shipping it to Germany. They did the check and identified a couple of things that needed to be done. When I asked if they were safety issues, Moe was forthright & said no, but they would eventually need to be fixed. I SO appreciated his honesty and will definitely take my car back for service when I return from overseas. read more

They have been working with me concerning some recalls on my 2018 truck, and they have done an excellent job of getting my vehicle in and out. Bought the truck from Apple and have been very pleased with their service department. Sometimes it is a little hard to get an appointment, but the service department does it's best to get you in ASAP. read more

I bought my vehicle from Apple Ford fairly recently and it is already having major problems. I called them to make an appointment to get the vehicle serviced and had to wait weeks for the next available appointment. I took the vehicle in days early and expected for them to call me once they started looking at the vehicle on the day of my appointment but I had to call them and ask for an update. When I came in to pick the vehicle up after being serviced, they gave me very little information on what they did and when I got in the vehicle I noticed that it had been driven well over 30 miles when the service provider said they drove "under 20 miles" and that there was trash left throughout the car as if they drove it to go on a food run. Not only was this experience bad enough but the vehicle is still having the same problems that it had before it was "serviced." read more

Scheduled an appointment for 2 recalls. On the phone, the advisor made it seem like the problem had to be happening before they would be fix the recall. A week later, I brought the truck in...dropped it off and was told I'd get a call when its ready. 4 hours later, I got a call. However the call was saying it will take a few days for them to complete. No loaner vehicle offered. I asked...it was suggested that Ford doesn't offer loaner's for recall work being done. I also asked about a loud, consistent rattle that I have in the engine. The advisor says they won't even look at that unless I paid close to $150. Considering the waste of my time, I'll never return to this dealership for any service or purchases. read more

My 2013 Licoln MKX was taken to Apple Ford for warranty work to be completed on June 28, 2021...I did not get my vehicle back until January 28, 2022. My car was not diagnosed until July 3, 2021 AFTER I reached out to Dontrez Demby, Service Agent. I finally received an outline of the items needing repair...the invoice was over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I requested ONLY WARRANTY REPAIRS be completed...THIS IS WHEN THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN. Mr. Demby made it quite clear that Apple Ford had not worked with my WARRANTY Company before and was not at all interested in working with them now since their were discrepancies on the labor time cost. I then had to start advocating between the two entities...and it was an major ordeal. The warranty company was gracious in approving repairs; however, Apple Ford was not meeting us at any point. The major ordeal came when the warranty company was ordering a part, and Apple insisted they order the part...once the warranty company cancelled the part order, Apple tried to now order that part that was now on BACK ORDER. Mr. Demby indicated to my husband and I that the part would be in late July to early August 2021. Once that time came and went, Mr. Demby now wanted to say it was the Warranty Company that was ordering the part. I had to continually be the middleman between the two entities...after MONTHS of getting NOWHERE, I sent an email on Oct 4, 2021 to ALL involved to include Apple Ford's head people: M. Sheckwlls, L.Lower, C. Doetch, G. Doetch, C. Ford and service agent, Dontrez Demby; along with the heads at the Warranty Company. I outlined the entire unresolved warranty repair issues, and that I would be contacting an attorney. NO ONE FROM APPLE RESPONDED...I did get the VP of Service with the Warranty Company to contact me immediately. I retained legal representation, and a letter went out to Apple Ford...that is when they started up communications with me again. Needless to say, Apple Ford service agent Dontrez Demby was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in the manner in which this matter was initially handled and throughout the entire ordeal...he was VERY DISRESPECTFUL when he spoke with me on the phone with his supervisor, Curtis Ford on the line...to the point Mr. Ford had to intervene. The ONLY redeeming quality of Apple Ford is Curtis Ford, Service Manager who was professional and respectful in all of my encounters with him. Apple Ford NEEDS TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SO MANY LEVELS...a customer should not have to retain legal representation to get warranty work completed on their vehicle in a timely manner. I continue to go in for the oil change and tire rotation that comes with my purchase but have found the service is getting slower and slower. In spite of having an appointment I've been told at one location I don't have one, am sent to another location where they see my appointment, have been told on numerous occasions they are behind because people had emergencies on the same day (hmm....), and most recently that my truck had been washed when it had not been. A couple times they forgot to reset the oil life and it has come on during trips. A quick self-check confirmed this (clean oil, proper level) but if it's on a check-sheet it should be done rather than just signed off. read more

I purchased a Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid from Apple Ford Columbia 6 months ago. I received a call today from David Fromayan, my salesman. First, it took 15 months to take delivery of the truck. Therefore, I received a 2023 instead of a 2022. David told me that I received a preferential price (i.e. 2022 pricing) instead of paying the increased 2023 price. Today, David called and told me 'accounting' needs an additional signature stating that I work for one of the companies that can receive discount pricing for the car. I told him that he told me the reason for the discount. He said he 'can't recall all the details'. I can clearly recall. What's up David? I asked him not to call me again. I applied for that Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash offer bull just to see what numbers they could give me and the KBB acquisition manager for Apple Ford Lincoln contacted me through that. He offered up a range of $500-$1000 but I told him I wouldn't be driving all the way up to their dealership for $500 because the private sale value is $3000, so they can do better than that. He agreed to do his "best" to get me more into the $1000-$1500 range, so up there I went. Guy takes a quick drive around in my car, comes in and goes "the best I can give you is $500." Which is the most bullshit line I've ever heard because then he asked me what I would take for it which means that $500 ISNT the best he could offer. But regardless, I had made my range clear and wouldn't have wasted my time driving up there if he hadn't insinuated that he would put some effort into reaching it. I get that a dealership isn't going to give you as much as a private buyer. But what it comes down to here is that they (in a stereotypical car salesman manner) set a precedent for their customer service across the board. They will manipulate you to get your attention and get you into the office, then low ball you in the hope that you are desperate enough to take it. If you say no, jokes on you because you're the one whose time was wasted. All they have to do is walk from their rolly chairs to the parking lot and back. read more

Specifically, I'd recommend being careful working with Zach McCalla and Rob Denell. Or don't work with them at all! I am really not one to write bad reviews, but this was a crazy experience. Unfortunately, I was completely mislead by the salesman I worked with Zach McCalla, who specifically advertised my car as not having any dealer markup, market value markup etc. This is why I chose to drive an hour out of my way and specifically come to this dealership and ultimately purchase my vehicle. I was shown monthly prices based off an MSRP that was discussed, and an average APR based on the APR offered in the last 30 days for all customers. I did not see the total sales price at Zach's desk again, I only trusted that he was showing me monthly rates based on the sales price discussed. In discussions later with the sales manager ROB DENELL, he explained that he was looking at the paper I was shown with the higher price, and I was wrong, when I asked if he could please send me a photo of the paper he was looking at, he said "I see no reason to do that," then said he had it on a computer screen and couldn't figure out how to send it to me. (I suggested taking a photo with his phone and texting it to me) Ultimately, he was clearly lying. There was a 2500 markup that was not communicated to me at all by the salesman, in fact I was told by Zach explicitly at his desk that there was no markup for this trim and color for this particular vehicle. I had shopped around at several dealerships and most mentioned this markup, so I had questioned it, and I was completely lied to, and then the markup was snuck in on some paperwork in between the interaction with the salesman and the finance office. I worked with Shay Tourre in the finance office, and truthfully I don't trust him either at this point. Most likely this was a collaborative approach to mislead me, which unfortunately I didn't catch until after the transaction. I'm 26 and this was my first car purchase, and of course I have major regrets that I wasn't more meticulous with reviewing the paperwork. Definitely do all of the math, take all the time that you need, no matter how late it is (this was 10PM on a Friday), ask tons of questions and have them walk you through in detail! A few days after I bought my car I was reviewing paperwork to send the title and I noticed a random, unmarked jump in price. It says MSRP = x price and then randomly "Cash Price" is $2500 higher. Extremely disappointing and cliché as it is for a car dealership, they both seemed like friendly honest guys, but it seems that is completely not the case. My experience was the worst with Rob Denell, who explicitly lied to me on the phone mentioning he was looking at paperwork I saw, yet he couldn't send me a picture. His tone was rude and dismissive throughout the entire conversation, an apology goes a long way and tone is super impactful! Ultimately they refused to do anything at all to help mitigate the issue or correct it. Now of course I see a lot of similar yelp reviews. What can you do except try to spread the word! read more

Went to purchase a Ford Bronco over the weekend. The salesman didn't understand the difference between optimal and available. Appeared to be from another country BUT when I was trying to explain the option I was looking for for that vehicle he says whatever. Doing customer service you have to know that you are there to HELP the customer and being polite, professional,understanding and listening is the most important part of your job. 60k in hand he blew the sale with his disrespectful attitude towards. Me only to go to Bannister and the salesman tells me yes. Running boards are optional however this truck doesn't have them and I'm not sure if we can get those for you because the orders have been closed. Apparently this guy wasn't trained properly. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought TWO cars here on the same day. Fast forward to end of Oct 2023 I was having some issues with my 2017 Ford Explorer which was a certified used car. They talked me into purchasing the extra warranty on top of the warranty that was already coming with the vehicle during purchase. So, when I brought the car to them they told me there was no warranty purchased. I insisted there was and they told me no over and over again. I took my car hom and then found my paperwork proving I had warranty. I hadnalready had the parts replaced by another certified mechanic and it did not fix the problem. My husband and son broke down on the highway and the shop decided they would finally bring the car in and could now see there was indeed a warranty. My car was there from Nov. 2023 for 99 days. They refused to give me a rental, warranty company would only cover the o2 sensor. I was left with NO transportation for NINETY NINE days. They replaced the o2 sensor and spark plugs after I JUST had them replaced 5 days prior to them getting the vehicle there. Then they proceeded to tell me only certain things would be fixed under warranty. A warranty they ensured me would cover anything and everything! It was not a cheap warranty!!! I trusted them! So, while they had my car more and more things were having to be fixed. Then they told me my entire exhaust system needed replaced. They told me I had to pay for this! It would be $5600!!! No warranty covered! They said it didn't matter if it was a "snowball effect" its not covered. I finally got them to waive labor costs and got them to use the money that Ford Motors gives shops MONTHLY to assist with another $2000. I paid out of pocket $1000 for something that likely never even needed to be replaced. Why? Because once I finally got my car back after 99 days IT BARELY MADE IT BACK HOME! 45 min into driving home the check engine light was on again it puttered along and would go over 45-50 mph. They towed it back the next day. It was there for a few weeks again. Replaced more parts like fuel injectors o2 sensor again harness' etc. Gave the car back to me and I had it FOUR days before the SAME problem SAME codes came up again!!!! So, back to the shop it went for another couple weeks. I just got it back for the THIRD time on Friday last week.....and now today, Wednesday, FIVE days later its the SAME problem!!! Now there is white smoke pouring out the exhaust there are SEVEN codes coming up the check engine light flashing and won't go over 50mph. I called the shop, they now tell me their tow truck is broken they cant get the vehicle and THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A RENTAL. the customer service at this service shop is unreal. If someone buys TWO cars from you, came to you for help, get ALL my oil changes from there and bought warranty from there YOU TREAT THEM RIGHT!!! I asked many times about having a service engineer come out to assist and they've told me they don't need that help that they know what they are doing. THEY DO NOT! THEY ARE THROWING PARTS AT MY VEHICLE HOPING SOMETHING WORKS! NOW THEY ARE LEAVING ME STRANDED AND HOPING I JUST BRING MY CAR ELSEWHERE SO THEY DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT ANYMORE. This is a review of the Service Department - Sorry for the long story - but it's worth it! Four days after taking delivery of my 2022 F150 Lariat Hybrid from a dealer in VA, the Service Engine Light went on complaining about Emissions and/or fuel leak issues. Over the next 4 weeks I took the truck back to that dealer in VA, and each time they reset the light, but it came back on a few days later. I called Ford Corporate and they suggested an immediate service appointment at Koons Ford on Security Blvd. I took the truck and at check-in I was told that they are starting on it now and it will take a day or two... AFTER A WEEK in the shop I was told the issue was fixed. I was excited so checked the technician work log to see what was done - well, nothing was... they called it a 'system bug' and took a week to reset the error code... in fact the log stated that actual tech work time on the truck was 21 minutes, all of that on the last day of that week... The light came back on the next day and I called Ford again. They suggested to 'take it to another dealer'... So I called Apple Ford. Wish I had done that earlier! It took a while to book a date but after 2 days in the shop, I got a call that it was ready and fixed. Of course I didn't believe it, but in checking the work log I was excited to see that they did a ton of work and replaced a number of parts! It's been a few weeks since, and the light has not come back on! So- please do yourself a favor and go to service at Apple Ford... They know what they are doing and will not take you for a spin! read more

Staff was great, always kept me up to date through my repairs and ensured I understood costs and reasons. To include future implications had I chosen against a repair. Timeliness of work was pretty quick as well. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness after the repair, would have assumed the leak would have been cleaned up rather than left. Maybe it is a Maryland thing, but dealerships I have used in other states have provided complimentary washes, vacuuming, or one even refilled my DEF. After spending $3000 on repairs would have just expected a little more. read more

I was shopping for a car at the time and decided to see what they had to offer. I was interested in the new Ford Fusion, so I wanted to to get a test drive. I went there and was not immediately greeted by anyone. I actually had to hunt someone down to help me look for a vehicle. They were not overly enthused to help me, but whatever. I took the car for a test drive and the salesman could not answer simple quetions about the vehicel, like gas mileage and what not. I started to ask about pricing and he was not being forthright with that informaiton either. He was really eager to get me back to the office to "talk numbers". They also tried to screw me on my trade, giving me way less than what would have been resonable. Needless to say I did not purchase a vehicle with them. Went to Apple Ford Quick Lane because there was a recall on my 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid, I called prior to going and was told that my car needed a consult and was free of charge because of my coverage. They did not fix the issue with my car (power steering). They had my husband with my 1 year old daughter sitting for almost 3 hours then finally told them that it would be $100.00 in order to get the keys to the car, after we were told that the consult was free of charge as well as them not fixing the issue with my car. I felt like the staff was very rude and was not helpful at all. After i explained to one of the staff members what we were told on the phone the day before he replied back "Well I don't know what to tell you" Apple ford has been great when it came to our oil changes however if you need anything else serviced i recommend you find SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. They "don't know what to tell you". This dealership sells used cars that have recalls but don't want to fix it. read more

Apple Ford Quik Lane service is one of the worst I have experienced. I bought my 2012 Ford Escape from them brand new. It came with the "Customer For Life" plan of free oil changes and tire rotations for the life of the vehicle. About two years after the warranty ran out, they started pushing things like changing the transmission fluid, spark plugs, stated it needed new shocks, et. al. I have a reliable local mechanic that checks my Escape thoroughly. All of these "issues" that Apple finds costs hundreds to thousands. I had went to Apple for my last oil change, and they were less than ten minutes. When I went to the service counter, the manager on duty at the time said that my tire treads didn't meet their "expectations", and they refused to rotate them (breaching the contract). Apple Ford wants to sell you a new car, I get it. But they "find things" wrong with a maintained car like mine, and try to extort more money from me. How many thousands of customers do they do this to? My next vehicle will not be a Ford product, let alone buy another car from the Apple Ford Columbia dealership. I give them no stars if I could. Apple Ford is a reasonably good dealer. We use the customer for life plan on all our cars, and enjoy free carwashes regularly. Of course, the car wash is just the outside, but it does brighten things up. We have always been treated respectfully and quickly. Once they had an issue getting a tire replaced, and I got a free rental. Anyway, they are very dependable. Add to that, Ford has come a long way. read more

You're treated with such disrespect as a customer. My last appointment I made with them was for a Ford recall. It was for 7:00am and I was first in line at their facility and was told it would take 3 hours to fix the vehicle. I waited 3 1/2 hours and went to inquire about the vehicle and was told we don't have that part and they might get it in 2-3 weeks. This was only one of many mishaps with Apple Ford. Never Followed Up/Failed to Provide Basic Numbers I was interested in ordering a brand new 2018 Mustang GT from Apple Ford in late 2017. Originally spoke to Steve Meyer and he was eager to assist me. He informed me of certain documents I needed to bring in to complete the order. A few days later I e-mailed Steve informing him I was not comfortable with the APR of the new Mustang and asked him to keep me updated if things changed. I never heard back from him, not even an acknowledgement. Several weeks later, I went back to Apple Ford and decided to work with another sales rep, Beyan Smith. Beyan was just as friendly as Steve and ran the numbers for me as well. Ultimately (if you read my other reviews), I decided to get a GT350 because why not? When I was reaching out to different dealerships regarding the price of a 2017 GT350, Beyan was the only sales rep that claimed he could not provide any ballpark figures in an e-mail. I've never encountered this. It's very telling of a company that's on social media and they disable the reviews. I just left the service department, my husband had to get a recall fixed and he had other work done (not a problem). I feel like it was a ridiculous price he paid for one of the items but it is what it is. I look over the receipt, which wasn't given to me until after I paid and I see a charge for "shop supplies". I go line-by-line to see what "shop supplies" I was charged for and I don't see it. I go back inside the service department for the guy to explain it to me and he said it was the "air and water and rags"....why am I paying for air and water as well as the mats that goes in the car - I thought that was a courtesy. Are you using a new rag on my car? I don't want to pay for the paper mats in my car, if your shoes are that dirty, take them off when you get in the car and save me the money. Guy 1 told me that "shop supplies" were 13% - he pulled out a calculator. He asked Guy 2 to better explain "shop supplies" and he said it was 10% of the labor. Guy 1 literally just said 13%. I said that's not Guy 1 said, then Guy 2 said it was 15%. Once again, not what Guy 1 said. Guy 2 was clearly agitated with me and said well it's between 10-15%. If this is true, what/who determines the amount that you are charged. Guy 1 said that all shops charge that. I don't have a Ford and I bought my car from a different dealership and only have work performed at that dealership. I checked my receipts and there was a shop supplies charged but the charge was reversed so I don't pay it. With all of the bad reviews on here, if I were in the market for a new car, this would not be the place for me. -5 stars. read more

Went in to take my company car in for a routine oil change at their Ford "Quick Lane" on Saturday morning at 10 am. I was willing to wait an hour or so figuring it was Saturday but it was early. I was told at least 2 and probably longer. I was told that Saturday's are incredibly busy and it could be longer. The man at he counter was pleasant. I thought the whole point of a quick lane was to be like Jiffy Lube. Unfortunately for Apple this was not the case. Staff better. read more

I took my 2015 Ford Escape for the complimentary customer for life oil and filter change that came with the car when I bought it new. To make a long story short, I was told that I needed extensive repairs to my vehicle. When I returned to pick up my car after the repair, there was a discrepancy in the price charged. I spoke with 4 service reps and the manager. All but 1 attended to the problem in a professional manner. Finally, I was able to meet with Mr. M. Sheckells. He took the time to listen carefully and settled the discrepancy fairly. If it wasn't for the 1 service rep that seemed a bit unprofessional to me, I would have given 5 stars. I am thankful that I met Mr. Sheckells. I plan on making a new purchase in February. If he did not take the time to listen, I can say for certain my purchase would talk place elsewhere. read more

I don't write reviews, but this place is so bad I'm going out of my way to write one... The service department is terrible; came in with a noise complaint in the rear of the car multiple times. They told me it was due to the person putting on my tint bending a piece of metal near the rear window and that's what's making the noise. They didn't even bother putting the repeated complaint in the system even after I asked for a print out multiple times. I brought my car to another dealership and they were able to find my issues (after it had gotten worse), and said they need to replace my rear bushings/control arm on the first visit. Apple Ford had the worst service department. I strongly suggest that you take your vehicle elsewhere. They do poss poor work. I brought my vehicle in for recalls and tires. When I received my vehicle back they broke my door panel and then my tires had a bad vibration. Took it back to them and they tell me a bunch of lies. This is totally ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They're awful!!!!! They can't be trusted!!! I made it VERY clear when I got to the dealership that I had preapproved financing from my credit union. I had my car picked out, and I was ready to buy. Probably their easiest sell of the year... I didn't haggle over the price because I thought I was getting a good buy. (Probably a good price because I was buying a Chevy at a Ford dealership). Their online ad and the car's sticker stated that it had a rear view camera. It does not!!! When I asked about it, they gave me weak excuses that a 3rd party writes their online ads, and that it's their vendor's fault. I asked if any money would be taken off and they said "no" because they would be losing money. Frauds and Liars!!! My salesman asked me to fill out financial info and I told him AGAIN that I already have financing and that "I DO NOT WANT MY CREDIT RUN". He said that his manager required it by law because car dealers are required to run an OFAC check as a counter-terrorism act. Needless to say, when I went to the finance manager to close out with my credit union pre-auth check, he repeatedly told me that I qualify for a better rate at other banks than my credit union. I don't know what his kickback or commission is, but that joker had the nerve to harass me to leave my 4.5% credit union rate to a 4.3% rate w/Cap One - which would have saved me less than $1 on my monthly payments. In Summary: Even without the rear view camera, I needed the car from these liars as a graduation gift. My personal credit was hit numerous times and I'm still receiving "acceptance" and "denial" credit letters at home. An experience on my credit that I clearly said that I wanted to avoid. I recently attempted to purchase a USED 2016 V6 Mustang with cheap aftermarket rims. KBB valued this vehicle, or one similar, at approximately $17,000 dealer purchase price. Apple Ford attempted to sell this vehicle to me for $22,000. I attempted to negotiate and was met with high-pressure sales tactics. This treatment of customers only means that they are attempting to rip off EVERYBODY! It's unfortunate to see this in a Ford dealership... Apple Ford does have some positives. They sell Ford and Lincoln, which are reliable American brands. I have heard from people I know that Apple Ford has reliable post-season service, which earns them an additional star in my book. Considering there are several other Ford options in the area, I will not be doing business with Apple Ford anytime soon. read more
