We were having some breathing issues, went to see an MD, taking medication etc. .. it just didn't seem to get better .... then a friend suggested maybe their was a problem with our new home. Lenny (central Carolina remediators) was able to identify right away the issues and he got to making things better for us. Within a couple of weeks the breathing issues were better and as time went on more & more it became clear the hidden problem had been cured by Lenny & his crew ... even tho he looked first we got 2 more quotes .. his quote was much better than the others! what a life saver!

Unlike other service providers, Lucy went beyond asking my home's square footage and general state of cleanliness. She visited my home (on the same day) to walk the rooms and get a true understanding of the scope of work and my specific desires. The quote given was very reasonable and we chose to move forward with an initial deep clean. Our home was tidy, but our previous (nationally franchised) maid service seemed to be getting less thorough with each session so the deep clean gave us peace of mind and a great reset. Lucy was wonderful with scheduling us for a time that worked for my family, and we appreciated her flexibility! Yesterday was our deep clean and OH BOY did her team go above and beyond. Lucy and her associate arrived on-time, fully stocked with cleaning products, and great spirits. They spent over five hours in my home scrubbing things until they sparkled. They cleaned items never touched by my old service including ceiling fans and under the couches. Additionally, they were able to remove stains on my walls that I had given up on. They only performed partial bookkeeping, miscategorized several business expenses without confirming them, and failed to identify standard write-offs, amongst other issues. The quality was so poor that I ultimately decided to stop working with them before they could complete my personal and business tax return. Despite acknowledging the issues and agreeing to a partial refund, they later backtracked and refused to return any of my money. I paid for services I never received, which is theft, dishonest and unethical. This firm is incompetent, unresponsive, and untrustworthy. If you're looking for a CPA who delivers on what they promise, look elsewhere.
