The guys showed up bright and early this morning and told me they were going to pick up 5 items (it was supposed to be 6) and this was the first indication of trouble ahead. The person that seemed in charge this morning didn't think his truck could get down the lane due to tree limbs and hanging telephone lines which is understandable, safety first right? So we walked down to the box truck (exactly the same size and design as the trucks that delivered our stuff in the first place, what a coincidence!) and I noticed that one lane was completely passible, but he said he couldn't bring the truck down and his boss was trying to call me. His boss (in North Carolina) asked me if there was a U-Haul nearby, so that I could rent a truck to ferry the furniture and appliances from the house to the truck. I replied that I wasn't aware of a U-Haul anywhere nearby. And as the appliances were upright full sized refrigerators, I didn't think that was going to be doable, and might remove the need for the big truck in the first place, so I told him that I didn't think we could do business. So wait - you no show - you don't communicate and by my reaching out I am somehow being disrespectful? Do yourself a favor - hire a legit moving company - Uhaul or similar are probably cheaper or risk being left high and dry on moving day. These people simply do not understand customer service.

Do not use them. I called them 4 times to make sure they could move a 1600 sq ft home, they said…read morethey could move up to 2100 sq ft. with no problem. I also rented a trailer to take the lawn mover, power washer, plants, and food, and all the hanging clothes and they still ran out of room. They sent out a van to finish and was told they were going to charge double to unload, I called the supervise and asked how to cut this cost and he said we could help unload, I had a couple of friends to help, it took us 2 1/2 hrs but then was told it was a 3 hr minimum and was charged an extra $800 for their mistake. I had all the boxes labeled to what room and they put them where ever they found a spot to drop them off. I have a sleep # bed (and I asked them before the move to make sure they could move this and set it up at the new house) It does not work and had to have the sleep # come out to reinstall it which cost $250. This company is a big SCAMMER, DO NOT USE THEM
