So another words they are stealing your hard earn dollar. I wanted to move out of their unit on the 5th but since I could not afford movers as well as paying the full month to these crooks I have to live in my new home without my belongings because I can not move my stuff myself. I have to save my money to rent a truck and help before August. I will have nothing until the last day of July. I mentioned it to girl who answered the phone and would figure that she would have at least mention it to the owner but didn't. It was finally noted when I told them that I would be moving my things out. Most of my items had to be trashed due to rat droppings and such including a very expensive mattress set, dresser, and numerous boxes. After moving out and cleaning the unit I was told that they are not responsible for any damages made by the rats. I was also told that they set out traps, use a pest control service and rat poison around the units not that I've ever seen any so I'm left with damaged items among other things. I would not rent from these people ever again. They could care less about your things and make excuses.
