When I tried to wrap up my transaction by handing her my item for shipment she barely made her way back over to the station she was helping me at from engaging in a full blown conversation with a coworker. If I didn't know better I'd thought I was a bother to all and not a customer. The location is convenient and if that was not the case I can't see why anyone would want to even enter the doors. The value of items and services offered is as to be expected for a package shipment store.

I'm not a fan of the Confusing AI virtual assistant, however, if you get in person contact with Customer Service at any store, they usually can get a hold of what's going on and get you rolling for the next day's delivery if something's not on time. I received an email and phone call about who was coming out. I lucked out bc my appointment moved up to today which I really wanted anyway. Ethan and Zach were very professional and nice to talk too. I had a few areas I put my stuff at and they were fast loading. The bumper they put on the door frame was amazing because I had a couch that was pretty good size and with that on the door frame there wasn't any dents.
