I have to say this is one of the nicest Apple Stores I've been to. Of course the service is top notch as in all their stores. We were sent upstairs where there was no wait and were helped immediately. They have all items in stock which is really nice not to have to wait.

I was speaking with a female associate when she interrupted our conversation twice to greet people she knew in the store. This made it difficult to get assistance, and the interaction felt unprofessional. She also seemed unfamiliar with the product details in the produce/tech section and was unable to answer basic questions. I was then referred to another employee, who also could not provide clear information beyond what was already listed in the product description. I was specifically asking about whether the item was included as a complete set with the Beats Pro 3, but I did not receive a clear answer. Additionally, another associate began discussing financing options, even though I had already indicated that I planned to purchase the iPad outright. I was trying to get information about the iPad itself, but the conversation kept shifting back to financing. Because no one could provide the product information I needed, I ultimately decided to leave the store. This occurred on Tuesday, April 28, at approximately 1:50 PM. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at an Apple Store.

$20 EarPods with Lightening Connector for iPhone 14. Excellent sound

Apple Mainstreet Stores offer free classes EVERY day so you can learn how to use your toys. I went for an iPhone Photography class and learned many new things. I am definitely going to take again and also the Videography class. Then I looked at iWatches. The one I wanted for my brother was $2000. Sorry, bro, but no iWatch for you this year. Funny story: I am probably the last person on earth who does not have AirPods. The wireless AirPods were $200 but a set with a little string on it was only $20. Guess which one I bought. LOL. I would lose the wireless pods within a week anyway unless I bought an AirTag for each ear's AirPod. How would those earrings look? Edit: The sound from these EarPods is super!

This is a huge 2-story building occupying a nice large corner of the mall. Anyone parking on that side of the mall will notice this glass frontage store. I went in to do some research on some of the new generation iPhones and they had a large selection of them on a table, where I was able to compare my current model with many of the upgraded versions. The staff was really busy as this store is usually one of the most visited at the mall, but while I was there I noticed that all of the staff was very well trained, polite and very friendly with all customers. Most people here were shopping for Macs, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, or accessories. But the store also offers Shopping by Appointment, online Order Pickup, Genius Bar Appointment, and Today at Apple Sessions....which are daily free workshops. A place that is a pleasure to visit.

The staff is great and I will highly recommend to make an appointment online before you visit the store. Everything moved fast and the interaction was smooth. This time my party and I was assisted by a nice gentleman named Orlando. He was very attentive and professional also very knowledgeable. He assisted us using his bilingual skills that helped us a lot with our new products. Recommended? Yes!!

Definitely one of the prettiest apple stores in florida. It might even be nicer than the all glass one in nyc if that's possible but I hate to admit it IT IS. It's better as one side is connected to the mall but it also has the spectacular outdoor entrance. This area of the mall is amazing.

It's a beautiful building and I love how they have everything in one, but it's crammed. The reason it has 4/5 stars is due to their actual Genius Bar tech help area. We waited FOUR, yes 4 hours to be seen for 10mins of nothing . It feels like a space where your time is just being taken away with no actual help. MOST IMPORTANT: If you plan on going to the Genius Bar plan ahead and try to schedule an appointment (most don't give that option) so plan to stop by Apple Store first, set your appointment, then walk around the mall. And HOPEFULLY they have more than one person for the area you need help in or you'll be there as long as I was.

The retail of the future here. Super effective salespeople and strategy. You walk in you see the trees, the slick glass mirror to make it seem like their is a crowd but don't feel crowded, high ceilings for loftiness, bleachers that give it a movie theater, museum aura and pristine perfectly stocked shelves and minimalist displays to disguise the over consumption and massive waste produced by this company. You stand in line and their is a buzz of energy like you are about to enter the World of Apple. You get the go ahead to enter be seated and wait for them to call you by your name, not a number, this is high level trained coordination. You have an appt to shop you are given all the specs but their job is easy cause you crave their products and you want to be fully aligned to the cloud across all devices: phone, tablet, watch, AirPods, etc... You have an appt for a repair? They diagnose, come and go, fix the issues and questions but that board or battery needs a replacement on your 4 year old $2500 Mac Pro, "at $400 you may as well get a new laptop start right at $999" You are in the magnetism of Mac so you nod and buy all you think you need, Mesmerized and charmed like a snake from its basket. Welcome to Apple

Wow, one of the better Apple Stores I've been in around the world. The layout is stunning and the staff is friendlier plus more knowledgable than average. One drawback for this location is that it is in Aventura Mall. If you've never been to Aventura Mall, brace for gridlock on weekends and crowds inside. This will be especially true if during "high season" (i.e. winter) when all the tourists/snowbirds are here and Xmas shoppers abound. Even Uber-ing doesn't take care of the traffic problem, as the approaches to this megamall are limited and congested. That said, this store and the Manhattan CentralPark location are the most stunning architecture I've seen for ANY retail store. This one is all about welcoming the outdoors inside, and it actually feels like you're buying your expensive Apple cables in the middle of a park. There are even two-story live trees and stadium seating with leather pads. See pic and you get the idea. This is VERY swanky mall, so sit and people-watch the conspicuous consumption if you have extra time. Sometimes the staff at Apple stores can be either condescending or downright obnoxious. No one in this store seems to be at all attitudinal. On the contrary, multiple folks asked if they could help, always smiling and welcoming. The technical help and the needed cable were a god-send and I couldn't be more pleased. IMHO, this location is worth driving north also right past other, less helpful Apple Stores.

I got an ad sent to me that I could upgrade with my jumping demand plan for the iPhone 16 so I thought instead of going to the store I called the representative. I actually was on the phone an hour and a half by the other day he was very, very nice . Said I had $1000 credit or something. He set up the whole thing for me. He was really nice. I had to pay 167 down and then I had to pay some money upfront for the screen protector so it got sent to me when I picked it up. I went to a Tmobile they were rude. The girl said I can't accept this because she didn't see it in the system as a jump. Demand exchange we call customer service. The woman said that the guy messed up so then I left the store and stayed on with that woman on T-Mobile for over an hour in my car of my day so this was two days in a row already so she tried to redo the order for me. Then when she read the order she said oh but the only thing is you'll get your 167 back on your next billing cycle. I can't give it to you now the money that I had paid And she said if I wanted that iPhone that I'd have to pay $400 I was like what what is happening it was so crazy so then I said well it's available and she told me like a galaxy or something and it got so crazy with all the money. I thought I was getting really screwed around. I finally said just forget it I'll keep my iPhone 14 for now but I'm still gonna have to wait for my 167 which I paid for a phone that I never got. This is the worst experience ever. I would never write this unless it was truehorrible

I was told something was wrong with their processing system, Cherry also tried to help me but by that time. I was over the whole situation . However my story gets worse. Being that I was so sure I was trading my phone in, I allowed Alex to remove my protective phone case and tempered glass screen. I didn't notice until after I left that he didn't put my screen back on. I immediately called to inform them and I was told by another young man that my screen is put away in a safe place and I can come get it. Unfortunately when I came back. Not only was Alex no longer at work but I was told that my tempered glass screen was in the trash. Here's the kicker! The young man offered to take it out of the trash and give it back to me! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? During a pandemic, some one had the audacity to attempt to go in the garbage and expected me to take a covid germs tissue and trash contaminated screen sitting in the trash with God knows what else. I told him no way. I'm not taking it back. He then told me I would have to call the manager Cherry the next day to justify the situation. Not only have I been calling Cherry and Alex for two days but they have failed to return my calls. Each time I called I was told that " she's busy" and basically dismissed by the other employees who answered the phone. I was understanding of her " busy-ness" my just two calls and I even called again 4 hours later. I was told again that " she's to busy " to take my call. I left my information and polite asked that she return my call. yet A whole 4 days have gone by and that call from her or anyone never came. I am very upset and I feel as though my needs and importance as a customer were sat aside and they don't value nor respect me as a customers. I am out of a $40 tempered glass privacy screen, a new phone, and my time! I'll stick with Tmobile as my carrier FOR NOW but I won't give this location a dime of my money, time or service again Update. I finally spoke to Cherry and she was very apologetic, she made sure I got a new privacy screen. I'm happy now, she was very helpful and promptly fixed the situation.

As I approached the kiosk (appears to be the new "store"), the two employees are facing away from the foot-traffic eating so it took a moment to get their attention. He admitted to not knowing the answer but quickly went to Google. I suppose I could have done this at home but I usually "hope" for more insight from the employees. My overall lack of enthusiasm in this review is a direct reflection of that felt at this kiosk. I am comparing it to the service provided by Maryellen at the Boca location just two days before. There was no comparison. Sorry but I want to feel employees of any business care. Just as an FYI, this kiosk is located on the lower level of the JCP wing. Good luck!
