    This Best Buy location is our go-to store for buying appliances, computers, and TVs. They have a wide selection of everything, which we appreciate since it is a long drive here from home. This particular visit was a couple of months ago, when we were looking for a new TV for my apartment. I wanted the Sony Bravia 55" and they had it on sale and in stock. They also deliver. This was a win-win for me. I also use their Geek Squad to fix my desk computer if need be. They are very helpful and quick in diagnosing and repairing. Easy parking in the parking lot in front of the store. The staff has always been nice and attentive.

    I will not be using this location again. I needed a question answered and was bounced around each time told "it's not my department". I finally get to the computer department and I had to make a line to ask a question. It took me over 20 minutes to get any type of service. Two employees were working Malik and a lady. They both need to work on better customer service. It was bad. Malik was taking people not in line and getting us upset. The other employee was helping a customer window shop for computers and sharing personal stories as the line grew. Both employees avoided eye contact with the people in line. They looked down and away, purposely. They both had their backs completely turned away at all times. This experience made a really bad impression on me.

    Terrible experience. Their Yelp, Apple Maps, and website listings all say they open at 10am. Nope. Doors closed. Says store hours 11am -7pm Sunday thru Saturday. I went grocery shopping first expecting this to be a quick visit. Instead, I had to wait 45 minutes because management does not keep the hours up to date online. Two other people also walked up, expecting a 10am opening time. I walked over to Target, which was open but didn't carry smart card readers in their electronics department. I walked back to Best Buy and while waiting saw at least another dozen people go to the door and leave after seeing closed. On a whim, while waiting for Best Buy to open I checked Amazon. I found exactly what I needed available with same day delivery. So I bought and in the future will always check Amazon first when looking for electronics.

    Located in Aventura, North Miami Beach. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and everything looks tidy. If you chose to order online the site works well, they offer same day pick up and the lines are fast but if you need to buy any product inside be aware the waiting time can be long. A lot of lines and no one available for questions, it was hard to find an associate working except for the ones assign in each section. (Lines and more lines) I went to pick up some items and I also bought a screen protector. I asked the associate if he could assist me by installing the screen protector on my phone, but he explained me that there was a charge $8, I was surprised and disappointed. Never ever had a charge for that service.

    Nothing is best buy, only review is BEST BUY. Pretty "ODD"

    Funny how Yelp vs Google has 150 Reviews on Yelp and almost 9,116 Reviews on Google. By the way, per Legal Action Against False Reviews If you buy reviews, you put your company at risk of legal action. Specifically, the FTC has specific guidance for collecting online reviews and it has said that buying reviews violates its policies. Just for someone @ Best Buy to know, you are putting this location at risk with buying fake reviews for foot traffic as if your customer service is anything above the norm. There is hundreds of people saying that there is such HORRIBLE customer service here that people are buying items from your store directly from Amazon JUST to not shop here. I find it hilarious, below is my story as well. I can't rate this under 1 star. Went today around 11:30AM, knew the product I wanted to buy and what was supposed to be a less than 5 Minute trip turns into almost 30+ minutes. The red head girl who is greeting customers at the front has no awareness of her surroundings and no professional social skills at work, (because she's probably good for nothing), is clearly on Instagram with her monster thumbs typing away while speaking to me (the customer). I wouldn't have mind if you can solve issues but the fact that I was sent to nearly 4 associates JUST for someone to open a glass door for glasses, is the most horrible retail experience I've had to this date. Gladly, the store manager noticed me waiting for almost 30+ Minutes in the same area to actually do something. Imagine getting put to the front of the stores to greet people and you're on your phone. No offense, you should be looking at your socials when you're on break or at home, you're not special. There is a reason why you get paid a cap of 15-17$ an hour because you have 0 skills. And you're placed in the front to GREET customers. It's as basic as it gets. There is fake reviews with 5 Stars with a completely different picture of a restaurant however it still claims to be 5 stars for Best Buy, so it is boosting your review count (Illegal) I wonder how much and how many daily are these reviews coming and being reviewed. Best Buy @ Aventura should be def. investigated for this and to resolve their horrible issues not dozens but hundreds of times with customers. You're going to make this company lose a lot of money and the little amount of customer you have and self-respect. Attached are just one examples as I mentioned.
