I initially contacted them for window and blind cleaning because they were so dirty. We added the home cleaning and they gave me a "deal" on it. I emphasized how dirty the blinds were and made sure to ask how they clean them and double checked that they clean each blind. They said yes. I also made sure to ask if they clean inside cabinets and they said yes. When I came to my home when they had "completed cleaning" I opened drawers in the kitchen and none of the ones I opened had been cleaned. I checked the blinds, and all the ones I checked upstairs had NOT BEEN cleaned. I was truly disappointed. More than disappointed. I believe when you're running a business and you promise something to a customer, you need to deliver. If you can't, you should inform the customer and see what you can work out with them. When I was informing him this is not the cleaning job I was promised, he indicated that they should have booked my job for 2 days because there was too much to do. Well, then, he should have contacted me and let me know that, and I could have had them return. That is not what they did. Additionally, they quoted me a price over the phone, and based on that price I went with them. Thereafter, when they came to the home, they said they would need to increase the price. So, not only was the cleaning job not what it was supposed to be, but I also paid EXTRA for it. Horrible experience.
