They specialize in all kinds of specialty printing for promotions. In the back, they have a good size printing operation, but they are expanding more into retail, promotional items, as seen at the front of the store. As you might expect from the name of the business, they have lots of items for dogs, such as specialty Auburn dog biscuits. The owner suggested we feed one to our Doberman, but she said she could not discern the difference between a regular dog biscuit and an Auburn dog biscuit. (The dog I mean, not the owner.) Be sure to say hi to the several pups in the store. One of them was the model for the store logo. To my surprise, they also had a good selection of Growlers, which for those who are not beer drinkers, are large thermoses for holding lots of beer. I'm pretty sure the beer is not included however. So overall, a fun place to visit for both humans and dogs. Be sure to try the Auburn dog treat and tell me what you think.

I came here for reprinting business cards. The Print Center was close and despite them being more…read moreexpensive, I figured that we would support a local business. Unfortunately, the finished product was not as expected and candidly not even usable as the print size on the card was drastically smaller than our original card and not readable to many, especially our more senior clients. After paying $75 for design services and an additional $205 for 2500 business cards, I expected to at least have a product that I could use. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the attention of the Print Center, I was told by management that the size of the print was necessitated by the information on the card and that adequate size of print was purely an opinion. I find this excuse really was just an excuse because the information on my original card was no greater than the new card. Other printers that I have now consulted suggested that I give the Print Center the opportunity to make this print job right. Unfortunately management merely offered me 15% off of my next order. I feel strongly that more could have been done to address an inferior product in which staff could have done better to both manage expectations and deliver a better product. As such, I urge others to find a different option for printing services.

Later that day she emails me an invoice for 156$ for the graphic design( keep in mind she designed nothing for me, I drew everything out). I still pay the invoice because I'm looking to do business and I need business cards and also I'm thinking she's going to make my idea better and it'll work out. 2 weeks later I hear nothing from her so I email her for a preview of what's been designed and she sends me over the exact thing I drew on the paper nothing different nothing better. I understand the idea was mine however why was then I charged a graphic design fee if she didn't design anything for me ? I email her back and explain I don't like it and I feel like we should change it. She then emails me back and says that's fine but there will be another graphic design fee. Once she told me that I realized this place does not do any real designing of they're own. They take pictures from shutter stock and just copy and paste. I completely don't agree with that and advice any one who is potentially looking to do business here to go else where. No creativity, no good clear communication and honesty feel like they're just looking for any excuse to charge. You're better off using an online sight that you upload your own image from shutter stock and input your own information.

I decided to work with All My Best in 2018 and 2019 despite my predecessors recommendation to STAY AWAY. If only I had listened to her. I experienced so much added stress to my job from this place. I had never experienced such horrible customer service IN MY LIFE. I had quality issues, communication issues and often missing items from my orders. If I can help anyone save themselves some stress in their future, it's a good day. I have added only a few pictures of what I was dealing with. 1) after selling the shirts to our parents and athletes, I started getting emails and messages that after 1 wash, the print was coming off (embarrassing!) I had to refund these customers 2) I provided a shoulder logo design which they confirmed they can recreate. Their returned proof was close enough. The final product was NOT as i requested, nor what their proof confirmed. 3) my provided design request vs what I actually received. This one was a large run of sweatshirts, paid thousands for. THE OWNER REFUSED TO REFUND! I had to file a BBB report and a credit card report to get our money back. That took months unfortunately. Our kiddos were shorted some end of the year experiences because we had money tied up here. 4) another run of sweatshirts that came with smudged screen print and a sticky substance? 5) random off centered designs Take the advice I had originally received and choose another promotional place, ESPECIALLY if you order in high volume.
