I've been here a couple times for a couple of different devices. I understand with the company policies, sometimes they can't help fix something that's not under warranty or protected by Apple Care, or whatever. I have to say that most of the Geniuses I work with are very knowledgable. I had an exceptionally awesome experience with Rita and I just want her to be recognized for her fantastic customer service. These products are expensive and it's really frustrating when something that expensive breaks or something happens that you can't explain. But I have had a couple of different issues that Rita has quickly and easily explained / rectified without any hassle and I really appreciate her patience. I had a repair appointment that Tyler was handling for me. He was kind and patient. I ended up upgrading my phone. Drew helped complete that process with the aid of Bryan. All three of these associates were kind , knowledgeable, well versed and patient. I am a business owner and far too often I see sub par customer service. I was pleasantly surprised. While waiting for my transaction to be handled I watched another associate have the patience of a saint and kindly guide a frustrated customer with limited knowledge of the technology through any question she had. Kitty, manger of the store, is so rude, but I guess just because she is pregnant, so she can dump all her garbage on me.I ordered an iPhone 7 pulse online at the store to pick up. But she wouldn't give it to me just because she can sell it to some reseller for more money in her own pocket. Which means she always sells the phones to people who give her pocket money on the side, people who don't like me will not get the phone even if you reserve it already. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE... The rudest lady I have ever meet greeted me on my arrival to the store... Let me start by saying I have owned An iPod, iPod touch, iPhone4, 4s, 5, 5c and 6plus, iPad, and a newer iPad as well as a mac book and a Mac book pro 2015. I would say I'm a pretty dedicated customer well not after this experience. This is my sixth or seventh iPhone 6 Plus under warranty said to be defected. This is outrageous I like the rest of society am dedicated to my cellphone. I got my last one replaced after arguing with the man that it had issues thankfully he did replace it and I was very thankful, that night I was at the store before I was heading on a big trip and they even squeeze me with an appointment I was very thankful that day. The iPhone I took out of the box when I got to the car turned it on and connected it to my network on my computer and it crashed it just froze it was completely nonresponsive. Not only that I got the whole thing on the film. It was too late for me to head back to the store because it had closed so I had to go on my trip without a cell phone the phone that she was it would die sometimes a 20 even 50% I would never know when the phone would die or freeze. So after two weeks when I got back from my trip I was very busy with work and how to make do with this broken phone for three more weeks. I made an appointment with my friend in between work so I could be in and out and I told him that I needed to be in and out real quick they said that was fine to come on in I go to the store five minutes early and check in and the lady has no clue about my appointment. I told her the story and I was a little aggravated but she was nice enough and so I can take care of you let me just go get my manager. This is the rudest woman I've ever met the manager. She comes over and I explained to her my problem. After I explained to her my problems she stared at me for a few min and said I'm not buying it. I said excuse me. She said to me that she didn't believe my phone has issues excused me of lying. I stood there stunned. I am a very loyal customer I had this issue before on my previous phones in some variation and the said my computer my have a virus and should get a new one. And did and have had problems with the computer is whether we won't get into that. I said that's kind of angrily and she try to correct me, saying we don't make you buy any computer. I'd like to pause and just say what is my gain here for them to swap a phone I got a few weeks ago for the same exact phone no difference no different gigabytes no different color the same exact phone. Except lose hours of my life arguing got my phone has an issue by spending hundreds of dollars on insurance for new phones. She argued with me for a while longer before I saw an Apple genius I thought to myself how ridiculous this was and how she was trying to belittle me. She talk to one of the Apple geniuses and said make sure you take care of his phone for him and a mocking manner, The genius was nice as usual and I told him the issues I was having and he said that was bizarre to but handled my issues in a professional manner after he stay on my phone it came up with a few issues but he said nothing too big to swap the phone out. He said I could have my manager come over but it was just the same rude lady who I do it do nothing I couldn't believe that Apple would actually hire a woman like this. My only issue I could find with my phone even with a good case I have on it it looks like it has a slight bend which I try to tell the woman but of course she believes I would bend my phones on purpose because that's what I love doing I love waiting in an Apple Store to get the same exact phone I have I apologize for the lateness of this for you but I hope it gets to the right hands because of this woman (a manager) was so rude I am done with Apple I will never buy another Apple phone again. And I heard you whoever reads this to do the same so you won't have to be in my situation. read more

I had my wife to pick up an order for me. All the male staff were pretending to be busy and the two saleswomen just stood there, in a very disrespectful manner, and made jokes about my wife. We paid for the service and these people should just deliver the service, instead of brushing away customers' requests. We are So mad with the two women staff there, one is fat and the other is a red head. Marcela was one of them's name, I think. If I could give zero stars I would! They sold me a used Iphone when opened up was a disaster, missing all the little brackets to hold cables and battery plugs in place. Took my old non working phone in as potential trade and essentailly stole it! They wont call me back and when I go to the store the guy plays it off like its waiting tom come back hoping Ill go away. I had quite the disappointing experience at this store yesterday (7/9). While vacationing in New Hampshire, I broke my current iPhone and needed a new one ASAP for work. I drove for over 3 1/2 hours from Jackson, NH to Manchester, NH to make it to this Apple store. (The drive normally should take about 2 hours, but I sat through quite a bit of traffic.) Due to the traffic, I was only going to make it to the store about 5 minutes before closing. Knowing this, when I was about 30 minutes away, I called to ask an associate if I should still bother coming in because I'd be arriving almost as they were closing and was unsure if I'd still be able to buy a phone. They informed me that "as long as I got there before the doors closed, they'd take care of me." Fast forward 30 minutes and I arrived at 5:55pm with the doors still opened (after sprinting through the mall to get there.) I informed an associate right away about what had transpired and that I knew exactly what phone I wanted and that it would be for T-Mobile. He went to talk to the manager. The manager indicated that they could not sell me a phone and sent him back over to me to just offer a flat "no" without even speaking to me himself. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager personally. He came over and said that T-Mobile activations take from 15-25 minutes and he didn't want to wait as they were closing. Once again, he told me "no" and I left the mall. Throughout this process I apologized profusely about coming late and I understand where an associate would be coming from about the late arrival(although they were all VERY receptive.) The manager however surprised me a great deal. I worked in retail for over 5 years myself and currently work in e-commerce. Everywhere I've worked has made customer service a focus and has gone above and beyond to help the customer. Apple (in my prior experiences) had always been big on ensuring customer success. This manager and this experience overall demonstrated otherwise to me. I would assume that they all don't walk out of the store at 6pm on the dot, and the manager would most likely be there till 6:30-6:45pm. I would have really appreciated some help, and my hope for it is why I kept driving through all the traffic. All I left with in return was very little sympathy, a flat "no", and a broken iPhone in my pocket. Don't bother calling....you get outsourced to some place where they put you on hold for 15+ (i hung up at that point) and only spoke to robots. Not good. I just wanted to make an appointment to come in and I couldn't do it. read more

This is the BEST Apple Store I've been to (and I've been to many!), particularly for repairs. The service was fast - even with the Thanksgiving holiday wedged in the middle of the repair window, and the laptop was fixed to perfection without any data loss. This place far outperforms both Apple stores in Boston, mainly because Boston can't meet the demand. Highly recommend. read more
