The school is very clean and all children wash their hands when they arrive at school and throughout the day. My daughter likes the food and I like the meal choices/healthy snacks. All of my daughter's teachers have been warm, organized and responsive. I can see what my daughter is learning using the school's communication app. This is a huge plus for me - her teacher uploads pictures throughout the day, we can chat and share documents digitally. My daughter wakes up and wants us to take her to school (even on the weekends). The only one that this is not benefiting is the student as they work hard to complete the assignments and then you tell them you are not grading it. They complain that they can't grade a 100 assignments every quarter but you look in Focus and they only graded 23 test/assignments all quarter. The principal/assistant principal does not hold them accountable. Pines Charter was the only option many years ago but now there are many more Charter Schools in Broward County that would be a better choice to help your child succeed academically.

Seeing students represent their schools and countries on an international stage at such a young age speaks volumes about the quality of education and encouragement they receive at Montessori Institute of Broward. The leadership at the school is exceptional. Ms. E, the principal, creates a warm, supportive environment where students feel valued and inspired. She truly leads with heart and vision. Jack's Grade 4 teacher, Ms. Kay, has also been outstanding--patient, dedicated, and deeply invested in her students' growth.
