A guy who worked here when my son was 2 kept charging people including us when our son stopped going a month ago! He was arrested for theft and they kept changing owners. The workers said they didn't like my son, he's the sweetest kid. Avoid this place it hires criminals and underpays the people working there. We still have connection with some of them and they get treated badly there. read more

My child was enrolled at this center in mid-September 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. Within just eight days of attendance, my child experienced three separate safety incidents, including insect bites, injuries, and inadequate supervision. Despite being reassured that corrective steps would be taken, the same unsafe situations continued, even after I was told certain children would be separated to prevent further harm. Due to these repeated safety issues, I had no choice but to withdraw my child immediately. I later requested reimbursement for the registration fee and two unused days of tuition, as my decision to withdraw was based solely on safety concerns, not a change of preference or childcare provider. The center denied reimbursement, citing a "two-week notice" policy a policy that should not apply in cases where a child's safety is at risk. After providing documentation and explaining the situation clearly, I was promised follow-up. However, after weeks of waiting, they have stopped responding to my emails entirely. As a parent, I find this unacceptable. When a childcare center fails to uphold its basic responsibility to ensure a safe environment and then ignores legitimate refund requests, it raises serious concerns about their accountability and integrity. Do not send your children here!! Tonya does not care about your children she only cares about money. She does not want to find solutions to the problems in her center cause that would mean losing money. Tthey must not be funded well because they are insanely understaffed to the point it's not a conductive learning environment at all. She stays in her office never checking on the school she is supposed to be running. The only thing keeping that school together is Rachel and she is not treated well. read more

This is the WORST center! My daughter who has ASD was pushed out the door by unprofessional, catty directors who do not do their jobs properly. They do not want to take accountability when issues come about. My daughter was neglected and her diaper was changed once a day. We would pick her up and she would have dried poop in her diapers. Kids there bit and scratched her and they are always understaffed they did not provide incident reports. They have young girls with NO experience not background to watch your kids and then don't train them at all. If you love your child do not send them there. They recently raised their rates but have a toxic work environment that spills over into the customers and the kids. read more

Unfortunately, this place was not great to us. We started this daycare when It was kids r kids and with Corrine and she was great but sadly sold the daycare right after we started to apple tree prep. Deandra then became Director and she was the absolute worst to us and Kathy that sits up front all day too. They told us and it's written in their handbook "We are not the right fit for every family " that is such an awful thing in my opinion for a daycare to state. That shows they don't try to work with your children and give up easily . They will call you for anything and usually result in a pick up. If your Baby has 3 loose stools you have to pick up and cannot return for 24 hours and also have to take them to a Dr with a note stating they can return before then. If our 3 year old (now 4) daughter was "having a bad day" not even hurting other children or anything just "not listening" they will call you to pick up. The teachers seem careless and do not treat all children evenly. We did like the teachers in infant room 2 but other than that everyone else in that building was rude and fake to us the entire time . We always felt unwelcome and we felt that we were pushed out of there . There was also another teacher there that made our daughter feel left out every morning by praising our baby and not saying hi to our daughter at all. So ugly. Never missed a payment or anything that would make us unreliable parents. They also have a high turn over rate of staff , that says a lot too. The new owner of the school no idea who they are and never once seen them there . I have been to two other daycares in the past and they were wonderful and the owners were always present . Thankfully we have left this awful experience behind us and found a new daycare that our children are even more happy at. Apple Tree Prep you were the absolute worst daycare . read more
