Cristian Barraza was patient, uber-responsive, and helpful as the sales/project lead. He gave me thoughtful advice about color choices, repair options, and even outlined a phased project that wouldn't be a huge budget hit all at once. (They do have financing, FYI.) Best of all, Platinum does a LOT more than painting. They repaired squirrel-chewed soffits, replaced weather-damaged door frames, and swapped out siding that was so old it looked like it was melting. THEN they painted. Their crews show up early, work late, and know what they're doing. I was so impressed. I got 2 other bids, and both other companies were going to sub some of the work, which raised their price. Plus I just felt like Platinum was listening to me better than anyone else.

Paneless Home Services responded right away and sent someone to give us an onsite estimate, which was really important to me so we had an accurate estimate of what it would cost to clean the windows. I decided to have them come out and even had to change the appointment once, which they accommodated with no issues. What I especially love about Paneless is I received an email and a text when the tech was on his way. I received a picture of the technician so I knew who would be coming. He worked quickly and even accommodated us having family in the house so he did certain windows at one time and then came back around to finish once the person had left. At one point it started raining outside, but the technician finished the work and everything looked wonderful. He also cleaned the screens and pointed out where there is condensation in our windows indicating we needed to get them sealed. I was thoroughly impressed by the service and everyone I was in contact with. I highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!

I am not upset about the leaks from initial installation as the home is custom with a few non standard joints, but the lack of responsiveness to make the warranty repairs is disappointing. The ceiling drywall was repaired in anticipation of the roof leak being fixed and it has been over 2 weeks from the time a DFW Premium Roofing crew was scheduled for repairs and still no show. I hate leaving 1-star comments and will amend if this gets taken care of.

With the barrage of storms from last week, and this week, we sustained roofing issues, leaky ceilings, and a fireplace vent pipe cap that flew off our rooftop. I contacted Mike this past Monday, and he promptly reached out to me within minutes. I contacted two other roofing companies during the weekend, and none of them have yet to contact me. Mike was able to visit my home yesterday afternoon during the down pour and he was able to assess the root cause of our roofing issues and leak to our entry foyer. Due to yesterday's rain, it was unsafe to fix the items and decided to wait until the following the day until the weather cleared up. Mike and Aiden were able to successfully cover-up a 1.5 inch gap between the bricks and window form board with mortar. Heavy wind and rain gushed in between this opening causing my foyer ceiling and drywall to leak, crack, and peel. In addition, they hammered down a protruding rusted nail in one of our shingles, near the window, and properly sealed it. Lastly, Mike and Aiden were able to successfully affix and place the vent pipe cap on our rooftop which had flown off during the initial storm last week. I HIGHLY and IMMENSELY RECOMMEND Mike and his entire team at Zeus Exteriors!!!
