Big house - Excellent Big move without any problems. My parents moved from 3 bedroom house in Pasadena to new remodeled house in the same area. They've been living there for 10 years, fully packed house. Four guys from EFC movers showed up early (they noticed us by the phone about this) no problem to us. they came motivated (full of power). Whole team was extremely hard and quickly. Also smart guys, they knew how to pack and stuck all kind of households (its saved us a lot of money!!!!!) for example, they used wardrobe boxes (which were provided for absolutely free for us) for small stuff. They were friendly, even we were tired they kept us laughing and going. They didn't give up until the last box was unloaded. I very appreciate your job guys!!! Thanks and I will totally use EFC again and promote you to my surrounding. And i would like to post some tips for anyone who has a moving time. 1. Buy meals for your movers (it don't beat your budget). Not a big deal to get movers refill their power and give them good mood for their hard job. 2. Give them good tips after wonderful job. These guys are awesome. I booked a move with basis of their Yelp reviews and top 10 in Moving list in LA. And just in case their prices were fantastic for their services. About my move. I was moving in Westwood area, few blocks between my old and new apts. They had an great system to get all my stuff up the elevator and wherever I wanted in the apartment. Great guys and had some really good conversation about the moving business in LA ))) Oh..and one thing they have a good experience and smart thinking about how to park their huge track. I thought its unbelievable to park truck so close to the rear door of building but Leo said we can do it, we can go through the alley in our truck and get the best and easiest way to my apt. (Just in case, short way really save their time and save YOUR money). Smart, professional, awesome and pretty guys. I totally won't use any other company ever. Awesome experience!!! EFC helped me to move from LA to Long beach. Mike, Alex and Leo appeared to be the most professional and friendly team i've ever met! The estimate provided was quite reasonable and they were able to move all my furniture under the discussed time which saved me a lot of money. Everything went fine until we had to move my couch. It was pretty tough to get it into my town home when i moved in but getting it out seemed absolutely impossible! The guys had to lift it through the window in the living room. At that point i believed they would charge me more for such a difficult job but they didn't! as there was no extra charge for some extra work the guys had done i decided to tip them extra and don't regret it! Me and my friends found other dream apartment in nice neighborhood in west Hollywood. We hired efc moving for the move based on good feedback from other friend and from excellent reviews and their immediately being "on it" with the communication. We also had them pack us. The bubble wrap, tape, shrink wrap and other products provided to you for free - is anything ever free anymore? Amazing! The big thing for me, they were very careful with my Antiques collection which I very much appreciated. The guys were very fast, awesome, careful and lovely to be around. They are professionals, hardworking, strong and polite. There price was smaller that I thought it will be. They right on time for our 10am appointment. I really hate moving but with this guys I felt relatively relaxed. Nothing got broken and things got done fast. Hire these guys !!! read more

Arsen and Ivan were wonderful with the move. Our move was rather eventful when we got stuck at a public storage facility after hours and most of our stuff was still in the elevator and hallways. Arden and Ivan were extremely patient and helping while we tried to figure out what to do. Eventually we had to leave out stuff in the elevator until 6 am next day and there was no other way. So Arsen and Ivan promised to show up at 6 am the next day to finish the remaining job. In the event of such mismanagement, which could happen to anyone, they were very understanding and did what was right even when it was not very convenient to them. Morning world, So here's my point of view about moving companies and especially EFC Moving. I've moved for several times for a last year and all that times I called these guys for help. Firstly, guys are uniformed, understandable and professional. All staff is covered with shrink, furniture is moving in blankets, fragile things are always going like FRAGILE - that's why I like them. Secondly, no extra charges for heavy items! I had a crazy heavy dresser and stone table but nobody told me that I have to pay more. The other thing is you never have to tell them what to do and worry about your time. Movers do their job really fast and quality. I've had an emergency move to do for my friend so I called the moving company I previously used, but they were unable to come the same day. I found this company (EFC Moving Company) on Yelp, they promised me to come the same day and they arrived to my friends house within 3 hours. I was surprised how these guys were ready for an unexpected move not missing anything. All the equipment, packing materials, tools etc. looks like they have everything ready for any move. Moving job is a really hard job, but the guys that arrived to my friends house were unstoppable! Everything was done quickly. They also did a full packing job for my friend. Steve and Andre from EFC Moving were awesome! They showed up and even packed my stuff, no problem! Great rates too, no hidden fees or any bs. Would definitely use them again, nice guys. I seriously had NOTHING packed and they handled it like pros. Still unpacking but so far absolutely NO complaints. Went a little over the three hour minimum and they simply prorated the amount. Can't say enough about how simple a process Steven and Andre made this move. Good sense of humor too. Was moving downtown and they were able to find a space to unload (while risking life and limb) with no problem. If you're looking for a couple trustworthy movers, EFC will not disappoint. They were 3hrs late. Took 4.5 hrs to move my bedroom furnitures and some kitchen stuff, and I only moved a few blocks away. Yes, the elevator at my new apartment was very slow, but I also could tell they were slowing down perhaps because they booked more moves than they could handle before me. But at least u were getting paid. I, on the other hand, had to miss work because they were 3hrs late. At the end, I was asked if I was happy with their service. I said "Yes.. But u guys were very late." Response was.. "I know." Done. That's it. No apology. No respect of customer's time. The service was not worth nearly $400 for a studio or one room. read more

I used EFC Moving Company for my move from Pasadena to Sherman Oaks. Courteous and Professional the entire time. John and Alex were patient with my many questions and always available with reassuring answers. And the team showed up on time and quickly and safety packed my belongings. It took them about 3 hours to pack all of my china cabinet and glassware, and load all my furniture (it was a lot of stuff) and boxes into the truck. They managed to arrive at my new location before me which is highly unusual for a moving company. Everything was placed in the right room and reassembled. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND THESE GUYS! Literally... The easiest move I have ever experienced. I needed help moving from the 12th floor in an old building with one elevator and 1 staircase, in Central Hollywood. I moved to a two story building with stairs and no elevator! All I had to do was tell these guys what I needed done and where it needed to go and i was not asked a single question. Thy figured it out and accomplished the goal flawlessly! My boyfriend found EFC Moving Company through a recommendation from a friend. Ivan and Dmitry were professional, friendly, and took great care in moving our belongings. They blanketed and plastic wrapped our furniture and worked very quickly considering we were moving from my fourth floor apartment using an old-school elevator with manual doors. From the very first email quote to the very last scrap of wrapping paper that left our new apartment, these guys were great and very professional. We moved from Hollywood to Santa Monica, mid-week and the whole experience, including the price was excellent. Showed up on time, came prepared with supplies, worked quickly and carefully. I'm lucky I was advised EFC moving, because I had to move to a different location and the moving company I normally use was fully booked. Since I couldn't wait I had to take a chance. I am skeptic and a little picky person. But... These guys did amazing job. They took care of all my stuff very accurate and the whole moving took even shorter in time than I was expecting.
